Day 3 Scene
Nobody had slept in Auchterbucky since TheCrown was discovered. Daybreak saw the residents still gathered at the harbour. This was different though. The Crown had predicted his own death and was adamant on who would be responsible. Yes the town had some doubts while he was alive, especially given his paranoia around the death of his friend Archer. However now he was dead his finger of accusation pointed from the grave.
There was no mob rule this time. The accused had every chance to explain themselves but nothing was stopping this. The flags came down from the coastguards mast, the noose went up and the corpse was hung high and left for all to see.

To be honest, the only reason I screwed up was because I got sick during day 2 and had a hard time making sense when I was writing. It was clear in my head but expressing it was a different story lol. It was actually like that in real life too. I stopped taking notes at this point because I didn't had the energy to take them, and the time to go back and take the notes after I was feeling better. So I was left with no notes and no time to start all over again, good luck pinning down 3 guys to be the mafia when you're not even sure anymore who voted for you and who didn't lol. Oh well, go mafia! :P

Day 3 Nightscene.

He stood reading the note and looking at the inert body. Even without the evidence of the empty pill and vodka bottle lying beside her, the cause of death was obvious to his expert eye. He had found her still kneeling in the dark staring at the crane where Bantam had died. Knowing the town were never going to let her speak to the authorities he had brought her up to the old lighthouse to keep her safe, however by the state of her shoeless feet she had been back to town at some point. His intention had been to be back sooner and would have been if that scum H8 hadnt stolen his car. With suspicion running rampant in town and other duties he had to take care of, this was the first he had been able to get here. Even now he was convinced he had caught a glimpse of a car following him without lights on the coast road.
The note was the ramblings of a mad woman, nothing really made sense apart from like him, both had been born and bred in this town and loved the place until the Arab had arrived with his money and ideas. Shining his torch from the note to her body he heard the pop from somewhere behind him. Falling over her cold body both would now stay in this town forever.

Well Kill, looks like gabs was confused about Sirius, he must have actually believed his story.

I'm stoked we took out the hitman though!

Personally I don't think any of the late Sirius votes "clear" anyone from mafia suspicion, I think the mafia gave up on trying to save him and I wouldnt be suprised if at east one of the last two votes was a mafia vote.

Given how energetically Leg defended Sirius I could still see a chance he was a confused townie, Tuffy seemed "one foot in one foot out" all day yesterday. I think he was trying to lynch someone else while keeping distance between Sirius and himself.

If I understand correctly there are 2 mafia left? If so I'd say Leg or Tuffy should be our targets today but I cant wait to hear what everyone else is thinking...

All I have to report is what we all now know. I checked out Gabs. because of him not taking his vote off of Kill. for almost the whole day. Now I'm in trouble tonight without the doc or the bodyguard. The only thing I'm afraid of is there's a role that when the cop checks out that player they look innocent to him. So I hope that we don't have one of the 2 that I vouched for as a mafia & not really a townie. joak didn't vote for Sirius but I don't know if the lynch happened to fast for him to get back on & vote. I have to look back & see who else didn't vote for Sirius & who had there votes on Kill. I'll be back on later.

Well i take a break for a day to relax with some beers with a friend and try untangle everything in my head and Sirius turns out to be playing me for a fool.

For what it's worth Kill I apologise for my suspicion of you, I don''t take kindly to being called a clown or an idiot, so even though i was willing to believe you over Sirius I kept my vote on you out of spite and malice.

I'm aware of the scummy evidence arrayed against me but please believe that I am Town. As KE3 said votes on Sirius don't necessarily guarantee a Town player, they most likely saw that Sirius was doomed and decided to vote on him to mess our voting stats.

Charm has consistently said she is Town and despite her frequent joke voting (which is entirely within her nature) I am willing to believe this, again her vote on Sirius may well have been to save herself - Town?

Tuffy, I accused of being scum early in D2 for his lack of voting, I believed his response and moved on, his vehement defense of Sirius and to my knowledge never casting a vote on Sirius has now peaked my interest again. - Mafia?

DB4 has been mostly silent and hasn't really posted anything towards making assessments of player's roles except to request night reports (an attempt to flush out PR's?), his vote on Sirius at the end may very well have been to save his skin - Mafia

As for me? Well let's look at the evidence = Claimed early without pressure, hunted Bantam, hunted Kill, defended H8, defended Sirius. If it was me looking at another player I would scream MAFIA SCUM and string 'em, I understand that.

Claimed early without pressure - was trying to show H8 what to do as he seemed confused as to what was required when asked for a claim, in my noobish naivety I thought that it wouldn't be seen any other way

Hunted Bantam - I was unsatisfied by his quiet nature and didn't see his subtle hint at a claim until too late, I unvoted at the end but it was too late.

Hunted Kill - Thought his rashness and aggression was very scummy and although I believed his claim I kept my vote on him out of spite (I know I didn't post anything about this on D3 but intended to do a lot of posting on Tuesday, there's no option but to take me at my word on this I'm afraid)

Defended H8 - I didn't see anything untrustworthy in his posts (as little as they were, they were more frequent than some) and wanted to try and keep a fellow noob around

Defended Sirius - To my great embarrassment he pulled the wool over my eyes, I was slowly coming round to Kill's POV (again you'll have to take me at my word)

you arev right king ed i didnt vote on sirius but i didnt know it was going to happen so quick...but all my posts leading up to the kill and even away back on day one had him as suspicious..i am going on gut feeling now after trying to breakdown the way posts have been written and have not been far off the mark all along tuffy is the one for me now
