The above game was an epic battle that was well played by both sides. Both players had the advantage at one point or the other. Both players were given a chance to compete in the game. I got lucky in the end, and had the more favorable dice at the climax.
But, the point is that most games on this site do not play out like this. Most games are total dice slaughters in one direction or the other in which the competitive part of the game is over in 2 or 3 rounds.
I played other games on this settings/map where I outplayed the opponent; however the drop and the dice gave me zero chance to win the game.
Here, it was a one out of 100 games where both sides played well, and the dice didn't devastate one side during the early stages of the game. And its been a long time since i won a game like that; probably before the dice system went down the toilet.
It was a true heavyweight battle.

You see, rhp is quite the phenomenon. We all know the dice are streaky so take advantage of it. The dice are not random but they are the same for the vast majority of players.
One thing you need to understand about rhp is his eagle eyed nature. He seeks his prey like a cat stalking string. He sees them and waits for the opportune moment to pounce, and when he does pounce you best be ready for Pompeii all over again by golly! Of course, there are ways around this. The most successful of these in engaging in a bromance with the stud that is rhp. He is extremely partial to a good ol' bromance and wears different caps for each bromance date he attends. Give it a try, he isn't as rough as he looks on the outside.

both sides went back and forth in the game. Both sides had good dice and bad dice at different points in the game. aND the dice stayed reasonable throughout the game. of course at some point in a key spot the dice will swing one way or the other.
However, the game was competitive and smartly played.
Most games are not competitive because of the dice.
you love trashing people's posts who don't worship everything about CC

first... amusing you think I missed your point.. I did not...
i understand your game was "competitive and well played", but you, in your own post mind you, made mention of the fact that the game was ultimately decided by dice... my point is, the game was ultimately decided by the dice that you habitually complain about (which is fine btw, I don't really care) so your original post is, at a minimum, objectively contradictory...
as for the "you love trashing people's posts who don't worship everything about CC"? LOL... I would doubt you could be any more distant from the true nature of things (if I understand what you're saying to begin with) as far as that goes... I'm not even sure wtf that quote means tbh....

ah isnt that cute.
you two are really fond of one another.
And you two are must be the wittiest pair to ever bully a message board.
I'm glad it keeps you busy.

I believe you were incorrect
But if you want to believe otherwise I personally do not care.
It's not at the top of my list of concerns
I didnt care for the snarky attitude in response. IOnce a person displays such an attitude I know they're garbage and not worthy of attempting a reasonable discussion.
gannable wrote:basically, i believe the dice system here is complete crap
you disagree and don't see a problem with the system.
ok whatever, we have different viewpoints. I don't measure my life by this message board so I don't need to go on a crusade to prove "I'm right" like you apparently need to do.
If we disagree, fine. It's not a big deal. I don't need you to believe the dice system sucks
However, just because we have a different perspective doesn't give you license to act like a condescending and patronizing asshole in an effort to impress your message board buddies. If that's how its going to be then I do believe you are garbage and not worthy of respect.
