I am a townie with a pretty big role, although I don't have a clue as to how to use it for good yet. I don't mind claiming but I will be out of the game on the next day if I do. If I get to -3 I will claim. Not sure I am much help to the town any way. I have no clue as to who is what.

If your a townie with a big role why haven't you ask cow king how to use it. I think your just trying to save your neck that's why most of your posts has been nothing to do with the game. For those reasons Iunvote & vote Check

lol, Why would you think you would know who or when I have asked someone for info. That is not something I could do in an open chat, nor is it something he could respond to in open chat. More importantly it wouldn't matter if I was mafia or townie, I would still ask for help. Still doesn't mean I can read minds. All it means is there is now 15 left and 14 of them I am less than 100% sure are townies. I was told that I was going to be able to understand more after the first night, but I am more clueless now than I was before.

I am just not that good at this as of yet. If ya wanna set down over a chess board sometime, then I am all for it, but this kind of logical games just haven't clicked for me yet.

Im glad the discussion has picked up, I was one of the first people to vote for M8 and calling him out on his filler talk. Once he said he was a powerful role I backed off cause why would we want to ever lynch someone who says they are a power role? I dont like the fact that people are using the same argument I was for voting him, however I like King Edwards way of looking at. He could be just saying that to skate by without getting lynch and he could ask the mod how to use it. I will not vote yet as I think there may be better lynches out there, but GMEOY M8

I understand my powers/role, but since I don't know who is who I have no way of knowing if I am doing more harm than good. That is not something a mod can help with. I just have to figure things out before I screw things up. To be perfectly honest I think for the first game I would have rather been mafia, so I could see a little more. Being a townie keeps your hands tied, for the first couple of days any way.

So the way I see it if u want him to claim vote him or vote for people who haven't spoke since we restarted the game: Akamiro, czar, Elsuper bano, Mithridaties. So I think u either do one of these two things or let DB4 hang for participating. With that being said I vote czar If he goes we're not losing anyone that is trying play this game. He didn't say much the 1st day either

I will send some PMs to the last 2 sections of this list but I will not kick out anyone for now, as even the ones in the first section are a bit quiet. I remember mafia being fun and dynamic. And you know what, it was mostly due to people talking, trying to find lead, and not just saying I'm still not sure so I won't vote for now. Of course you don't know for sure, you will never know for sure. But if you don't do anything, the game is gonna be really boring until the mafia eventually win with night kills.

ok I vote czar richard I vote him because he is one of the ones that hasn't spoken yet and if he is townie at least we aren't losing much. He is one of the 4 that hasn't spoken since the holidays that has already been voted for at least once. So lets string up one of them. He gets my vote and I'm not changing unless he starts talking and claims. Then I will go to one of the others on that list of people who haven't talked. Lets get together and string someone up before we run out of time.

I am new to the Mafia game and quite frankly have found the game boring. It moves too slowly and much of the "talk" has been about anything but finding out who is Mafia or scum. I have read 46 pages of posts and I am still not sure what is going on. This time and effort have not very productive or fun for me.

I have read no reason to change my vote; I cannot recall who said it, but I agree that DB4 way too interested in lynching folks, so that is why I voted for him very early on and still consider him at the top of my list. I think I was one of the first to vote since we resumed the game; I have read all posts since then and I am still staying with my decision.

I had considered quitting after about 15 pages, but I wanted to give the game a chance and did not want to quit so soon.

I think there were lots of new folks added to this game and we were confused about the very nature of the game. And I think some of the veteran players confused the issues and confused us with discussions that were 1) meant to confuse us and/or 2) irrelevant. I have found such discussions a barrier to me to enjoy this game. Shortly after resuming the game, I did cite those players and comments that were helpful to me and I want to thank them for their insights and summaries.

If I had more to contribute, I would, but I see no reason to post useless and irrelevant information. Hence I have kept my postings to a minimum.

CheckM8 - urge u to make a decision and be firm. I didn't see you exhibiting scum action before the first lynch but moving your vote from a to b to unvote to c, is not a good path to take when you have no reason to change your vote. I suspected BD4 as mafia for this action.

Well you really won't like it when I change my vote again, which I will do if someone gets close to getting lynched. I will change my vote because right now everyone is exactly tied at 100% guilty in my book. OK I will change that, DB4 seems like he might not be guilty from a couple things he has said that I don't think he would have said if he was mafia, but even he is about 90% so as you can see I have no real ideas. So I will vote for whom ever gets close so maybe I can learn more after day two.

As the above poster said, I am new, lost and to be perfectly honest, not really enjoying the process.

Check-M8. Totally understand. This is my second game. I was a townie and stabbed in my first game on day two. I was told by various people that the game moved much faster and was enjoyable after day two. Before then, it was much like this game.
Just hope my death in that game wasn't a contributing factor to the increased enjoyment.

Yeh me too ... lets see how things develop.
As Ed has said though - Czar seems to have quit the clan/cc anyway and didnt participate here anyway.
So instead of replacing Czar - lets just kill him off like a bad actor and move to n2.
People are losing interest here so even if Czar is townie - at least we'll have some more info from n2 to re-peak peoples interest on d3.

I will switch to Czar for the stated reasons as long as Moo doesn't believe that loosing him will impact the game. Moo, given his lack of participation, would loosing him adversely impact any of the factions in our game?
