yeah i've slowed down since i've moved out here b/c no one speeds and I was a little too obvious flying by them. and out here, the left lane is for travelling and the right for passing. yes, they're backwards. :roll:

Sadly, I know the feeling. In Houston, 80 on the freeways would get you passed pretty constantly. Now that I've moved to NC, the only people who drive that fast are the college kids (aka, speed trap bait).
