He's mishandled the economy

Absolutely correct. Since Bush has taken office the Dow has closed up at 13,300. We were doing fine with our recession until he cut taxes. Now unemployment has fallen. Employment has risen to 7.9 million since hitting a low point around 2003 - totally Bush's fault. Home ownership has increased under his watch - totally unacceptable.

I tell you this is the worst economy that has ever existed in the history of mankind and it is all Bush - I mean Karl Rove - I mean Dick Cheney - I mean the entire Republican Party's fault.

You are either really naive or completely screwed. He's mishandled the economy, wrecked our relationships with the rest of the world, and put us into a war based on a lie.

We call presidents like him "Failures" and you know what? His dad was a failure too. He had his chance to get Saddam, and had plenty of time but decided that he wasn't going to and pulled our troops back.

If we were over there to take out Saddam, then we're done. Let's stop pretending that we have the resources to carry out an indefinite occupation and start getting realistic over there.

Bush's economic policies have worked great on a general level while at the same time providing substantial tax cuts for middle and low income households. The unemployment rate is very low despite the influx of illegal immigrants (whot increase the unemployment for citizens as well as depresses the wages).

2. Bush Sr. and Iraq. The reason why he didn't bring down Saddam back in 91/92 was due to international law. He respected it too much. Basically, under international law you are allowed to repel an attack in self defence (like pushing the Iraqis out of Kuwait and back across the border). However, even if attacked, you're not allowed to actually conquer your attacker and facilitate a regime change. And they didn't, they stopped the tanks halfway into Iraq. That's how weird international law is.
