should u beable to give ur patner cards for exchange cards so u can make a set? should you beable to just give ur teamate some country that u own in there territory i think so

No, that would be blatantly overpowerful if you are playing escalating card games. Your partner could concievably triple cash and basically crush everyone and everything.

I think you should be able to give your ally territories, though. Nothing is more frustrating that losing like, 6-7 guys trying to take a 1-army territory from your ally.

But it's part of the game. If you want the country bonus you have to be willing to make that sacrifice. If you don't want to take the chance then don't attack each other.
