How do you determine how many points you lose or win in a game?

losers score/ winners score * 20

You can read up about it in the rules/faq's.

It's a weighted system where your score (as a winner) and your opponents' scores (as loosers) are weighted (with a maximum gain of 100 points which can be won from each player).
