New Thingy (sig wise) like a picture!

Any of those good sig makers i need your help
i need a picture for my clan i made in Tribal War (GoD, Ghosts of Destrutcion)
wondering you guys are willing to help

Preferably i would like a Grim Reaper or some type of angel of death that looks like this



try putting some destructive background on it , you know, burnt villages, destroyed towns anything you can think of

And at the bottom i would like a glowing red text (12-18 size maybe larger depending on how it looks) saying Ghosts of Destruction
if theres a way to make the text glow in and out that'd be great too
