-Get rid of some our congress members
-Get the boys out of Iraq

Yeah America makes great micro brews. 99% of Americans drink pisswater. But you can get good beer to just about anywhere you go. I have had bad luck getting people to drink warm beer though...

I think the public education system in America is terrible. That's what needs to be repaired.

You cannot be serious!!

No, not if I can help it.

That's the funniest thing i've ever heard... almost. If you haven't heard of Sydney then I'm guessing you don't know about the Olympic Games. It's a sporting contest held every four years during the leap year - in which nations other than the USA can compete... and win medals against the USA - LOTS of medals against the USA :P you should do some research - ironically i do believe they were held in Atlanta, USA in 1996. Well 4 years later 2000 they were held in Sydney, Australia. So you're up to speed, next year (2008) they will be held in Beijing, China.

oh - and summer bay is a town in a soap opera... something like your America show dawson's creek (although i never watched that show so i could be wrong about that), or wherever the hell the OC is set (again don't watch that show either)

That and rereading the original constitution(on that beautiful hemp paper)
putting emphases on equal rights, and seperation of church and state.

Can we look back at the Civil War and give the states their individual rights back?

Funny original post, I do happen to like sissyball. The best beer in america is Heineken(Brewed in "Holland" so the americans will know where its from)

Typo? The guy said he's from Austria. He probably speaks foreign, which might be why it isn't quite clear.

I've been really tryin, baby

Tryin to hold back these feelings for so long

And if you feel, like I feel baby

Come on, oh come on,

Let's get it on

Lets get it on

Let's get it on

Let's get it on

We're all sensitive people

With so much love to give, understand me sugar

Since we got to be

Lets say, I love you

There's nothin wrong with me
Lovin you -

And givin yourself to me can never be wrong

If the love is true

Don't you know how sweet and wonderful, life can be

I'm askin you baby, to get it on with me

I aint gonna worry, I aint gonna push

So come on, come on, come on, come on baby

Stop beatin round the bush...

Let's get it on

Let's get it on

Let's get it on

Let's get it on you

Has anything in this thread been taken seriously?? i for one haven't - and refuse to believe the fact that someone from USA hasn't heard about Sydney :) so i played along 8)

edit: and actually - i was trying (maybe too subtly) to reference back to my very first post re the letter the USA (not) from John Cleese where he says American's can't have a "world" series game and only invite Americans :) and hence my post about the Olympics... being such said event

Then you need a new hero, as John Cleese had nothing to do with it.

Some wanker added his name at the end, for what reason we may never know.

Yeah, you Limeys don't know any liquor other than gin, rum and maybe brandy. We gave the world WHISKEY! (Sure the Russkis gave us all Vodka, but it is a vile drink on its own) OH BTW, Ever here of Samuel Adams brand beer? Even if you had enough troops to occupy us, we'll still make it and celebrate the 4th of July and sing "America the Beutiful", "Star-Spangled Banner" and other patriotic songs. Suck on that little bit, Brit  !

Ummm, I'm kinda familiar with Sam Adams (decent beer, but not representative of American beer, or the really good stuff), as I kinda live in Mass  . Not that my profile says that... or anything. Whiskey is 600 years old, not ours, mate. Suck on that.

Ok, certain TYPES of whiskey, I'll grant you that. And Sam Adams is at the top, even the Adams LIGHT won a German taste award.
