I didn't get my reinforcements

I've checked and double checked and I'm not being an idiot I didn't get my reinforcements for the USSR. Game no. 397466 round7 http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=397466

but am slightly colourblind but the colour blind version really annoys me
