MANAFESTO-
The economy will have elemants of socialism as well as a free market system.
People will be allowed to work in government-owned industries and farms and will be paid in accordance to the policies of Soviet Russia. There will be incentive bonuses, based on merit. People will earn according to their deed and not their need. (Free "handouts" will only be given to disabled people who cannot work.) The people will, however, be under no obligation to work for the government.
Free schooling, healthcare and the like will be available to those who work for the government. Services such as the police, firemen, transport and so forth will be available to everyone.
Thus, private individuals will also be allowed to do as they please. These individuals will obviously be in competition with the industries and such of the government.
We will ensure fair labour practices and see that no monopolies - either on the side of the government or the public emerge.
Religion will have absolutely no affect on the government's policies. All religions will be allowed equal rights.
Serial killers and rapists get the death penalty if evidence is 100% conclusive.
There will be no government practice of racism or segragation.

Manafesto-
We are building socialism without a model. We do not wish to copy anyone; we shall use the experience gained in the course of countless liberation struggles. There are no schools, faculties or universities in the traditional sense, although they did exist in our countries prior to liberation, because we wish to do away with all vestiges of the past. There is no money, no commerce, as the state takes care of provisioning all its citizens. The cities will be resettled as this is the way things have to be. Millions of town dwellers and peasants are trying to find refuge in the cities from the depredations of poverty. We will evacuate the cities; we will resettle the inhabitants in the rural areas where the living conditions can be provided for this segment of the population of our new country. The countryside should be the focus of attention of our revolution, and the people will decide the fate of the cities.
