no actually if u look at points circle u would know why he is a colonel i am saying too many ppl got promoted....points are coming from somewhere blitz donated some of his points to some players and they circled with low ranked end it up around captains who got promoted to majors and majors who got promoted to colonels and even luitenants who got promoted to captains...
look around for some ppl u know...after a short while the circle will end and another circle is gonna start
that means blitzholic and many more who got demoted will get promoted and many of the players who got promoted will get demoted
