What is up with all of you guys and anarchy? I mnea, htere is the rogue state, and there are so many users that have anarchy in their name(anarchst, anarchy ninja, anarchistsdream, just to name a few) Are you just a bunch of potheads who want anarchy so that drugs can be legalized or what?

maybe someday they will see the light...

but seriously, tho, most anarchists I know only dislike the government, they don't want no government.

I'm PRETTY damn sure that the main reason for wanting anarchy isn't because they want weed legalized…

I don't know about other viewpoints, but I see anarchists as people that believe no government is the best way for people to live.

Anarchy: a state of lawlessness and disorder (usually resulting from a failure of government); the complete absence of government and law; the individual as a law unto himself

Anarchy is defined as having no gov. How is there a radical side to that?

Look... I am 28 years old. I am a registered Republican. I flipped a coin on my 18 birthday and it came up Rep. so there you go...

However, once I started college, I started to learn a great many things. I started going for a Theology and Philosophy degree, which turned into Journliasm and English due to wanting a job.

Anyway, I really believe in personal freedom, and the true mark of anarchy is what takes the best form. However, it is impossible to work- just like Communism...

Think about it that way, bro...

And go to Wikipedia and read about it... Follow the links they present. When you are informed, you may find yourself feeling the same way.

No, anarchy is a bunch of stupid fucking idealists trying to create a utopia. But in the end, human nature kicks in, and life sucks way more than it did under virtually any government. By the way, search for definitions of anarchy. They're all like that.

The quote in Anarkistsdream's sig pretty much sums up what government is. Life would be better if we could maintain a stable society without government, but it just isn't going to work. Hell, even all the utopian communities that started springing up in the late 1800s couldn't last very long, and they had no more than a couple thousand people.

Personally I would call myself an individualist rather then an anarchist. However, the good thing about the anrchists is: thay realize that Goverment and Laws aren't divine entities that should be obbeyed or the World will end. One think I know for sure is that I must take the complete responsability for my actions. Because one of these 3 things must be true true:
1) There is a higher Force that created me and has authority over me. If this is so, thaen this Force has gave me the ability to choose my actions and I am therefore, the only one responsible for those actions.
2) There is no higher Force and my life is truely my own. Again, it is my responsibility (towards myself) to choose what I'll make of it by choosing my actions.
3. Everything is predetermined and I have no choice in my actions and thus no responsibility for the results. But, if this is true, then a) It doesn't harm me at all to belive 1) or 2) and b) If I belive 1) or 2) then that means that I HAVE TO belive it.

To conclude: Goverment, Laws and Society are just the stage for expressing your SELF. You can love them, you can hate them, but you would have to be a damn fool to worship them more then you worship yourself.

Go to South Korea and then go a little to the North.

Or, you can PM Xen and ask him if he'll take you.
