Yer, he says that they should have created an Iraqi government quicker because that would have made the whole country peaceful, and that the countries security is their governments fault and that it has nothing to do with America and is not their responsability. Pretty much as Paxman and Nagerous said, hes washing his hands of the invasion and is blaming the Iraqis for what has happened.
The times that I indicated are the worst, and like you can see watching it, Paxmans face is full of complete disbelief, adn I know mine would have looked like that as well. Paxman couldn't beleive what he was hearing, and I was amazed beyond belief at what he saying. Just astonishing that someone would publicly say this, and fully believe and support what he is saying.
