When rules are decided and enforced based on who voices rules the loudest, then you must voice back.

We know the rules. Lying and cheating are part of warfare. People operate within the bounds that have been set and others blame them for it. But this is done no way in a fair or methodical way. Either one guy has to be a dick and complain whenever he sees it or be a dick and troll people's game histories to sniff it out.

And then we have to put up with this shit. Wtf. If you think it's ok to let people deadbeat then set round numbers, if you don't think it's ok for a person to play the same map with the same settings all the time make him finish each possible setting five times on different maps or after two games in a row gets half points. Or if you think the settings are fine as is, then openly say whatever happens within the confines of the settings is legal except multiple account abuse.

I didn't know anything about the guy at the time, to be quite honest. I don't believe I've ever played against him.
