Something you said already suggests that is not the case, but I guess we'll find out in recoil. Or once one person from each side is dead.

Well, that means the three of them are lying, so we should lynch one.

Except I'm the one who had the item first. I mentioned it way before any of them would have gotten it, as well as the restrictions on it. I'd have no reason to make that up, and I couldn't have made most of it up. There are too many inconsistencies in what THEY are saying.

Also, the fact that I suggested out of the blue that we lynch Vodean, who turned out to be Mafia, should be more than enough to prove I am Town.

That's the whole schism. You say this, they say that. Time for some decisions to be made. I've made mine. Not sure what else there is to discuss.

You continue to stand out as well.

Again, what happened with Vodean very strongly suggests I'm Town.

And how could and why would I lie about an item in those circumstances? I had the item and knew the restrictions, which I shared. Yet you say I'm the one who was lying? I could have no motivation for doing so. I was even able to show I'd been talking with Neb. Those there come along, claim things that are not true, then suddenly back one another... You should be voting one of them, not the only one who is clearly innocent.-.-

Hippo, Yomiul, what are your opinions about /'s case against Epitaph? And what do you think about the rolecop result that showed him not having an item? Do you think that scum would have an item?

Just to re-cap ... /'s case is here to which Epitaph responded in this way so / wasn't content with that due to this post and the one two down from that (note the Yomiel also wants a response from Epitaph there). But it seems that the issue got buried. Even / seemed to have lost interest when he posted this and Epitaph responded to that post by saying this rather than the original question. However, it appears that Epitaph's original lengthy response was accepted, and I didn't have a problem with that at the time. My view is that / doesn't have a case on Epitaph now.

Why, what are your thought on that issue? And more's to the point are you going to make a stand on Yomiel (unless by not voting you already have)?

I don't see where I ever asked for a response from Epi. I have no real opinion on the case. I'm staying focused on the three who have blatantly lied about their items. And why should a stand be made on me? I've practically proven Town, and they are the ones who lied. I had the item first, and I'd already posted about how it works.

Between / and Epi and I read that as a question to Epi. So, yep, seems you had no involvement in that discussion at all.

There you go Spiesr - we have both answered.

Now, can you answer my questions please?

My thoughts are that the issue with Yomiel and the walkie talkies is a pointless diversion. Yomiel is probably town and simply just confused/way too stubborn and unwilling to consider that his initial thought may have been a mistake. I mean, I don't see me, Pershy, and Iron forming some sort of conspiracy where we are lying about how thw walkie talkie. And if Yomiel is scum and trying "frame" the group of us then that is the one of the worst scum strategies I've ever seen. All it would accomplish is an elaborate way for him to commit suicide. (Unless we are at MYLO, which I doubt.)
As for / against Epitaph. The case isn't spectacular or anything and I don't have my heart set on it, but it is the only "real" case anyone has brought forward today. (And I'm not up for finding my own case at the moment, of the two players I thought most scummy one has been randomly "cleared" and the other is on vacation.) I think it deserves more discussion than it has had so far thanks to this distraction over the Walkie Talkies.

(If just to take the wind of your sails) Can you quote the post were you mentioned that claiming to have this item while you still have it would get you modkilled. Specifically the one were you mentioned this key info before I claimed to have the walkie talkie? I can't see to find it. I can only see you saying it afterwords.

I'm not exactly eager to hunt down a few posts. We've got a lot of pages here.

And how exactly could I be "too stubborn" or whatever? We're not talking about "initial thoughts" here. I asked the host IN DETAIL about how the item worked, looking for loopholes and wanting to understand it completely, and I also know what she told me from the beginning. I even looked through all my PMs again. I am not wrong.

Fair's fair, you asked me to go back and check. I did. I was wrong. Maybe you can do Spiesr the courtesy of the same effort? If not ... why not just back down and start being more constructive in this game. I must say that your playing style has me eager to see you lynched but Spiesr is talking me around to that your case against the three of them is as nonsensical as theirs against you. But if you can't be bothered making an effort then how's about you back down. Humility is an option ya know!

One half of the item would get passed around, and we would get to decide who lost their half. There wasn't any upside to having it under those conditions.

Note the poster of this one:

spiesr wrote:My interpretation of the walkie talkie deal. Based on Yomiel's claim it appears that: Yomiel and Nebuchadnezzar both had a walkie talkie item. This item allowed them some form of limited communication. (From the sound of it, it seems as if their messages had to be sent through the mod.) Yomiel is claiming a lot of restrictions on what you could say with it, which in my opinion severely hamper the potential usefulness. Additionally, he says that the owners of these items could choose to voluntarily give up their item, passing it to another player. (Yomiel, if you gave up the walkie talkie could you choose you got it next, or was it "random.")
One thing to keep in mind about all of this, is that this claim itself doesn't clear Yomiel as being town. There isn't any reason why an owner of this pseudo mason item couldn't be scum.

And note that again hippo is caught being suspicious by me, trying to use my item, just like now:

Yomiel wrote:We couldn't choose-we had to give it up. All we got to pick was who gave theirs up. We couldn't both keep them, and we couldn't choose who it got passed on to. And I myself said that the item was essentially useless because of the restrictions. On top of my role, it kind of hampered my enjoyment. I kind of wish I had been Mafia.@_@ But I'm not. And I've been to inactive to plot much of anything these past few days. Still not on my normal computer, and it's thrown me off.

I'm casting my suspicion on hippo, who is clearly trying to twist facts for some reason. I don't see how my item or it's disappearance could be a red herring.

I disagree with this statement. You correctly fingered a member of the mafia. However, you didn't lead the lynch, (doing so requires you to convince people to follow you) I would give credit for that to /.

Is Pershy no longer scum on your list then?

I said "Hey, let's kill him,", and / agreed.

Pershy is more of a side-suspect and always has been.

And you seem to have ignored most of the quotes, as well as what you asked for. You now have proof that I posted about these restrictions and how the item worked BEFORE you made your claims, which are false claims.

If my claim to have the item is false for the reasons you say it is, then shouldn't Pershy's be equally as false for the same reasons? Or I am suspected for another reason?

I am well aware that you mentioned some of the restrictions before I claimed the item. However, I specifically asked for where you mentioned the MODKILL part of the restrictions before I claimed it. You didn't provide that part. If you didn't mention that at any time before I claimed it that is fine, you just you to admit it.
