I've been a bit of a dick pointing to Vodean. If Vodean actually turns out to be town it means I was a dick for little purpose.

My apologies for my inactivity this game. I have been active in my other game and ignored this one for a bit as i felt overwhelmed.
I have caught up just in time as the game has gotten interesting. Vodean has certainly spiced the game up and given it a jump start.

With that said I will focus my full attention on this game from here on out.

You have brought up valid points. I post here because you seem to have a book on him/her. I was under the assumption she is a girl from her history. i also thought she was a noob she certainly posts like one. She sees something, makes a correlation in her mind and so there for believes she is right.

Is Vodean really a guy? I ask because it changes my perception on the motivation of the player if that is true. That combined with the complete WIFOM mafia list makes them either an overzealous noob or someone with another agenda.

I am willing to give the benifit of the doubt to Clever for the moment. I lean more toward Vodean.

I remind everyone again that italicized quotes at the end of certain scenes are purely for flavor. Characters who are mentioned in them may or may not be in the game, but I caution against reading too deeply into them as they hold no hidden meaning. If they become too distracting from gameplay, I will remove them from the game.

Incidentally, I was planning on appending them to the end of lynch scenes as well.

True, there is definitely something strange about vodeans magical psychic powers that needs explaining, but if you can explain to me why that is a mafia tell and not just a weird play then I will gladly vote vode.

Case on vodean is bad on principle. Don't lynch someone the first day they get back after catching up.

I want all VTs to claim now. We don't want any chance of mafia hiding behind that claim. Any VT not claimed by tonight I will lynch when they try that claim.

Well, his insistence on Some7hing CLEVER being town is what got me off of CLEVER. I voted with him as a mock, because that would seem to be the only way to keep him happy, is if everyone just followed him. I was surprised at how many just piled on after me.

But I'll back off...because, I think Mouse is a better claim than Kid. I admit I have no idea where to go from here. I'm sure this will get more interesting in a few game days, but this blind wandering has left me chasing the wind with no real purpose.

It was from before you even registered to play on this site, from the original matrix mafia specifically. The quote read "don't trust edoc, he is very good at making up claims." I bastardized it as a joke and it just stuck. You think it's arrogance, when the people who actually played at the time knew it was poking fun of my over reliance on flavor and an active imagination. Some of you guys have been exceedingly quick to judge, and based of very little information.

But, whatever. It is off topic and largely irrelevant. Mostly all I am posing for is to express my concerns that some of the guys who I consider to be the best at this game are not agreeing with my case. Hopefully I will be able to address some of you concerns, but I'll have to do it in the morning, it is 3 am here.

Well I'd be hypocritical to stay on Clever now given the VT claim. And Edoc, I'm so used to your trickster ways that I'm ultra careful now! But to be fair I can't realistically vote for Vodean either. I agree that some of Vodean's posts were a bit weird, but that was explained and there was a power of information to get through. I go back to my epic post on page 68 and I still see some clear patterns. But it's still early days and I believe they will mean more as the days go on. Frankly nothing much has happened today yet, at least nothing to take away from my epic post.

Anyway, Ghostly has finally bunged in a vote. Mid-Clever case and somewhat contradictory in the language employed. That is to say, it doesn't seem that Ghostly really had his heart in the vote. It looks a lot like he read my epic post and realised he'd better do something or he won't get away with submarining much longer. Well, frankly I want to know more about you ghostly!! ok, im not saying that they are all mafia. that would be ridiculous. at one point or another, you also bw'ed on them. that is the result of posting day 1 observations day 3... at this point im just saying that it seems a little scummy.

i DO think that it is worth lynching clever. if i am wrong, we leave hippo and co. alone, and move on (perhaps back to jack and doom), or perhaps on to IB, leehar, chuck, and edoc, who seem normal most of the time, but with the occasional scummy post.
that is 8 people, 1/3rd. its an appropriate ratio (the max, but appropriate). i dont think that they are ALL mafia. just that at least one group among them are, which brings the ratio down. yes. i did FOS others, but that was for one or two posts.

like i've been saying the whole while, lynch me if you want, but listen to what i've said in the following days.
Also, no one has counter-claimed, so my claim is quite possible, and its a fairly major character

I don't like her cases, she has SOME good things to say, but there's a lot I disagree with. And as others said, she can't just rant and rave that half the game is scum without getting the spotlight turned back on her.

One major thing that keeps bothering me is the name claim. Her claim is the ONLY one that has not fit the pattern yet. I think its definitely worth exploring. And she claimed early with no pressure which doesn't make sense

The only reason I am not voting is that she must have spent hours and hours catching up on this game. If we cannot find a better case, I am not going to have much of a choice.

why are you so hellbent on killing me. i am a claimed VT. i mean seriously i know VT are kinda pointless at night. but look at my post during the days i have contributed more than alot of people. if your gonna lynch a vt then look at the others. there are more than me to lynch. i am useful to town. when i am a power role i dont do much but when a vt i use the only power i got. thats speaking and contributing. and i have been doing that. more than other people anyway.

i dont like this. regardless how many pages they read doesnt excuse them from being scum. if i replaced in this game and was the GF could i slide with being scummy the whole day? no. we all read the entire thing as well just not in the same time span. regardless she is acting scummy and i dont like it at all.
