Im going to put some more information out there to see if anyone can add because at this point, we are getting to the point where we can screw up much more.

Obviously Tails or PCM are lying. Based on the inital vantage of it all, These are the reasons people could think tails is correct.

1) He came out with the information straight away and gave everything without being prompted and made night actions to fit.

The problems I have with Tails Claim.

TA1LGUNN3R wrote:Iron Butterfly is clear. I am Lily Potter, Wizard Watcher.

N1 I watched thehippo, nobody visited him. (Later stated Strike and PCM after strike said there was a problem)
N2 I watched spartacus, nobody visited him.
N3 I watched chapcrap, he was visited by pcm. At this point, I guessed pcm was a roleblocker, was leaning toward scum but didn't have proof.
N4 I watched Iron Butterfly, he was visited by both thehippo and pcm. I figured then that pcm was scum, and since hippo turned up town roleblocker that only proved my suspicion.

So yeah, IB is clear. I am suspicious of everywhere as well since he's so eager for IB's lynch.

vote pcm

1) The first two nights you state there could have been confusion in the PM you received which okay I can believe that but lets take that you are correct. You caught PCM 3 times and night 2 you didnt verify you didnt get wrong data again?

thehippo8 wrote:I'm also following along. I've already voted dazza. None of the intervening posts have seemed to require any comment from me, as such. Or, to put it more bluntly, it's a choice between whether you believe IB or not. I was very anti-IB until he convinced me otherwise. The case on dazza seems the only reasonable one at this stage. Lots of interesting comments in between though which we can review on another day in the context in which they will becoome helpful. Not sure if that post helps anyone, but I agree that there's an awful lot of fence sitting going on.

Vote count please mod.

2)Why would Hippo have gone after IB again on N4 after he states that he is convinved by IB and with Dazza turning Scum, role block him again?!? So he is convinced by IB but yet goes for him again.

3) You are certain IB is clear because you watched him once and other people visited him and you are certain of him?

4) Where was your green part? You came straight out with the claim and were all about it but didnt give a green part and are now asking and pushing PCM where his is?

Problem with PCM

1) Overall just seems to skate around the issue and not being very forthcoming on anything and just sitting back getting hit from all point and not posting very good defense

2) N1 you are a watcher and dont do anything? Really? I can understand Doc, Vig, Busdriver, roleblocker etc... but cop and watcher HELL NO! There no reason NOT to use it.

3) Didnt come out to counter claim initally on tails when he claimed and didnt push anything and only resorted to claim after the fact down the road.

Other problems:

Alt and Bleed_green have been skating around without saying anything really and not being part of anything of substance and seriously submarining around. At this point we need to figure what is going on with everyone so Alt, you at least have been posting so at least post more than Im reading and get involved but I will request a prod of Bleed_green and truthfully want a claim from them cause they havent been around at all and if they are skating by then fine but you will pay the price of knowledge.

What do we have to do?

We are at 12. I would assume there were at least 4 mafia, we took down one. If we can get another now we should be at least safe for 2 nights to clean up the rest but are running low and we need to find voldey. If we are wrong tonight we go to 10, (7/3) we clean up the other tomorrow we go to (6/2).

Today we are stuck with having to kill one of the two claimed and hopefully this will draw some connections.

I believe I am leaning more towards tails in this endeavor but am still a bit torn. Tails could have found out PCM's role and is just playing into him and for me the Night actions, while a good start, tend to not match up in my mind. However, PCM has played this a bit weakly and still on the fence with the whole thing.

It would most likely have something to do with how Iron Butterfly claimed to have gotten a successful result on Night 1 when Hippo had blocked him. Since Hippo knew the he was telling the truth about having blocked Iron Butterfly that night (although we aren't sure if he actually hit his target) it would be a reasonable enough assumption that Iron Butterfly was lying about his actions.

I'm honestly leaning towards the fact that PCM and Tails are both scum and using the same fake claim. That's what makes the most sense to me with so many discrepancies. Either way, PCM has had enough time. unvote vote PCM

OK so why is everyone gotten so quiet? This is an important lynch.

There are several players who are highly scummy by their lack of comment.

If I had really been bothered I would have tried to fake something. I wasn't.

I have some problems with fakeclaims, but I really have a problem with anti-fakeclaims. Just saying.

Interesting. If I am interpreting this correctly then it seems to have some implications that could be potential game changers. (Assuming pancakemix is being truthful about such things.) Namely that scum apparently were not provided fake-claims contrary to my prior assumption, and that as such the green section of the PMs is potentially a game breaking mechanic to sort out fake-claims from legit claims. Thus the question arises: could a mass character claim be a plausible tactic now? It probably merits at least a bit of thought on the subject.

Anyhow, there really isn't much more to discuss about the actual lynch itself anymore it seems. Vote Pancakemix...

Vote PCM

I apologize for the lack of posting...i will work at being more active.

I'm not sure that mass claim is a good idea...it seems like it gives scum more info than town because town is the only side with an incentive to tell the truth. I can see a mass claim going very messily...especially with the wide array of characters to choose from.

PCM for all of the reasons i stated earlier feels like the better fit for scum to me. I don't think that PCM coming up scum necessarily clears tails...and I still would like to here from everywhere. He was so quick to come in and push the wagon on IB but has disappeared and fallen back. If PCM is scum...his aggressiveness on IB in comparison to his silence on PCM sounds like a strong scum tell to me.

Obviously night actions and this lynch will have a lot to say about what direction to next take, but my fos at everywhere still stands.

I'm kind of hoping that Pancake is scum. Spiesr has appeared town to me for a while now so it would be a shame to lose him on such a silly incident. Of course he could also be voldemort and that would just be funny.

The day has been draining for wizards. With Fillius' death, no wizards were capable of creating a spell able to hold the deatheaters for long enough. And they had the advantage in this war. Hogwart soon was infested with deatheaters. The wizards backed off in a large, now unused class room, and fought the deatheaters from there. Soon, they had the place barricaded down for the night. They decided to keep a few wizards guarding the door, while every other would try to get some rest. Soon after, however, one deatheater managed to break through. The wizards were quick to shut the doors closed, and the deatheaters was left alone in the group.

Pancakemix---Bellatrix lestrange ( Deatheater Roleblocker ) has been lynched.

Deadline Friday.

I am extremely sorry for that I completely was inactive for the day. Unfortunately there has been a change in management with the health region that I work for which has me now as an acting Information Technology Operations Manager so taking over double my work load and catching up on the previous Managers tasks has kept me away from CC and alot of my family time. I will catch up on all my reading and will post something of substance first thing at day break.. Great Hunting Gentleman :D

I am sorry for my complete disapeareance over the weekend. Lost internet. Yipee....

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Wizards were sleeping loudly, and happily. The deatheaters army finally was diminishing, and they knew that soon, the wizard's world will be free again.

And this night would not break their morals, finally.

No death.

Deadline Next wednesday. with 11 alive, it takes 6 to lynch.
