So saf is mafia in Side A. ok, doesn't help much now that we already knew it. So it seems likely saf is also Town in Side B, so that helps us too

I dunno, if the two sides are independent from each other then saf has the same chance of being mafia on this side.
If the two sides are linked, then saf could be mafia on both sides (i.e. believes those with guns should rule the world) or M/T (hates one side likes the other)
If the two sides are oppositely linked e.g. shield. Then saf is town.

So, I don't think we can clear saf for been mafia on the other side.

I know you don't have any reason to trust a guy who just flipped mafia on one side, but here we go:

My side B role is: “The Investigator”, Town Role Cop

Each night I submit a name, and I get both of their roles. I don't know which side is which, nor do I know their alignments. This is why I defended Rodion here on D2, because I investigated him N1 and one of his roles is Watcher. Last night I investigated jonty, because I was leading a charge against him in Side A, and I knew if I claimed my role later, I'd need to prove I investigated him. My result for jonty was a killing role on both sides. My guess is that I accidentally found the SK. It seems probable that the man in the white coat has a device which allows him to cross sides, and I think he killed me on Side A last night.

No one had even mentioned a case against me, so I think it would be pretty reckless for a vig to target me. The person with the best motive to kill me was jonty, after I didn't drop my case on him after the first day. And there's the obvious - the only killing role we've seen from Side B has been the man in the white coat.

It's possible there's another explanation for my results, but I have troubling believing someone would get two town-oriented killing roles. I'm claiming now because if jonty is the SK, and knows I'm a role cop, he may kill me here tonight before I get my info out.

Also, I doubt we have a vig. If we do, he sure has been one hay of a reckless vig these past few days, or hasn't killed at all.

That's very reasonable. It reminds me something about role cops getting "vanilla" results both for vanilla townies and mafia goons ( http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Role_Cop ) so that alignments are not compromised.

I suppose it doesn't matter much now, but I will explain my role connection with Side A. I'm an interdimentional doublevoter. On Side A, I was the mafia doublevoter and on Side B I am the town one. The way the roles are linked is that if I am not voting in one side, I can use that side's vote to doublevote on the other side. So for example, if I was not voting on Side A, I can doublevote Side B. But now that one side is killed, I don't think I can use a dead side to doublevote here, so I'm pretty much just a VT here.

Right I'll claim. My role is the same on both sides. The Paranoid Killing Researcher Of Dimensions

I am a researcher who has found his way into a parallel dimension, I have also created a clone so that I can live in the both towns and not just one. Alas, things aren't all rosy. I'm paranoid, that government agents are after me, so anyone who votes for me has a chance to be night-killed (so if Rodion, shield and drunk vote me in Side A, then they all have a 1/3 chance of dying but only one will die). \ also hinted two things, in my role PM with some rhetorical questions (these are paraphrased) 1) Is it possible for you to be cured in the head to stop killing randomly? 2) What special tricks do I have up my sleeve when evil knocks on my door?

I have had a think about these questions and these are the answers I indicated

1) If doc targets me, I might lose my ability, or become in control. I can't imagine a nutcase been cured in one night but who knows?
2) Looks like I could also have an intelligent PGO side to me, so only kill those who are trying to kill me.

It explains the killing role, it explains who was to die each night by the flash of light. I think I will go back and check if the people that voted for jonty were some of the ones killed by the flash of light in the scene on side A.

Confirmed (Sorry again for the triple post, but I feel that it can save some time) Soundman and DM both had votes on him N1 and N2, respectively. Therefore the method of killing makes sense. I feel that he was definatly a more important role before he had to claim as he could get mafia killed (already exhibited in DM) but now he is not as important (this is just a sidenote). I think this pretty much confirms him and so we can trust his word, and also if there is a doctor in the house, they should try to cure him, but thats just my opinion.

Also, does jonty claim mean that there ARE government agents? Or just that he's paranoid that they are? I mean these agents if they exist might be town or mafia we don't know yet.

Hmm...pcm was killed by the guy in the lab coat. Pcm didn't vote for jonty, and he claims he swapped himself with safari, so he didn't target jonty either. Unless the guy walking around in the lab coat isn't the "Researcher", something's missing.

Also, flavor speculation:

It seems that this game might be centered around this character. He found his way into it, and this game is him trying to live in both dimensions. Cool! So that means that all our roles are ourselves from alternate dimensions, which if taken literally has some whacky implications:

Milkshake is a prince on one side but his alternate self is a wolf.
I'm brave in one dimension but my alternate self (Side B) is cowardly.
Others, I forget as of right now what others have claimed

Anyway, it's basically our two roles are alternates of each other, which makes sense in a way. But this also means that they can connect between each other independent of jonty. Maybe jonty is the center of the game, and killing him would mean no more inter-dimensional connection and the game would end (or at least the interconnectivity would end). However this is pure speculation and I have no evidence that this is true.

There was some more I wanted to say but it slipped my mind while I was typing so I'll just stop here.

tl;dr: don't worry about it

I still don't understand how PCM A got N1 shot by the lab coat scientist.

Reviewing the threads:

1 - PCM A never voted Jonty A on D1.
2 - PCM B never voted Jonty B on D1.
3 - Safari A never voted Jonty A on D1.
4 - Safari B never voted Jonty B on D1.

Should we assume that Jonty is lying or that there is someone else that is the actual "lab coat SK"? I guess a 3rd possibility would be that PCM lied about having swapped himself with Safari, but I don't see why he'd lie (I can't understand how his Saf A <-> PCM A claimed swap would give him a B edge in case he is mafia/anti-town in B).

Monkey, other than "rule 3" ( 3. If you have special communication privileges as stated in your Role PM, you may NOT reveal the role you do not have these privileges for by secret communication.), I'm not aware of any restrictions applied to your posting/claiming possibilities, so I'll just ask questions and if you know for a fact you're not allowed to answer, then don't (this thread is not "secret communication").
