Yes, that was coherent. I do think I was targeted, though, as flavour clearly indicates you drank poison that was meant for someone else.

Anyway, mafia A tried to kill me N2. And assuming Safari flips mafia, I have the sad feeling New Guy B won't be of much use in finding the remaining mafia (godfathers are usually immune to investigations and if the 2nd killer is a SK he might also be immune to that). N3 will start with 6 players, probably 5-1 or 4-1-1. I'm cleared (not so much by New Guy's investigation because of the presumed existence of a godfather, but more due to the flavour scene indicating mafia targeted me N2). From what I understand, VS A clears New Guy B and New Guy B clears VS A (due to being masoned - if I understand things correctly, they can't clear NG A or VS B, though). In other words, the non-cleared A players are New Guy A, Jonty A, Edocsil A and Clever A and 1 or 2 of those are anti-town.

Well if it will help I will confirm my Side A role as it is not powerful at all and so it is not a huge loss.

Not sure what you mean by confirming, but if it's making you innefective (like a tree stump), do not confirm. Did you meant claiming instead? Don't claim, just answer.

Looks like the only way to get Side A Mafia to go all-in into helping Town B is by beating them here.

Edoc, New Guy, Clever - if you killed Drunkmonkey, claim now.

i did not kill drunkmonkey last night. and if new guy is mafia in side b and he investigates into side a then would he be mafia on the other side. it would just make his side b role pretty much useless since he knows who the town is. so that leaves edoc.

I did not kill him.

Perhaps I am missing something, but it seems like you are looking for the scum to suicide here? I don't understand why you think they will cooperate. Or do you think one of the kills could be a vig?

I'm thinking that the Shield kill was the scum kill and the Monkey kill was:
a) town vig
b) SK
c) Jonty as per his paranoid role

Getting someone to claim the kill would help with counterclaiming Jonty, but nobody did that (New Guy's posting in Side B indicated he will not claim Monkey's kill).

This means:
a) Monkey was killed by Jonty as per his paranoid role
b) Monkey was killed by a SK (that can or cannot be Jonty) and he is afraid to claim and expose himself.

I will claim now if it is nessesary to clear my name here and lower the pool of suspects. I do not have a killing role, and it might offer insight on why there was only one kill night 1.

Never seen it done this way before, only heard of it. Role is pretty OP, but this is a odd game so far, so it is plausible for me.

Clever, I don't want you to track the same person I block, but I also do not want mafia to know what we are doing, so we need to play this semi-randomly.

I will block either Edocsil or VS.
You will track either New Guy or Jonty.
New Guy - do not hide at all.
VS - investigate Side B if you are not roleblocked (but do not target Shield as he said he would commute).

Edocsil, claim if you have time so we can adapt the plan for more accuracy.
