Peloponnesian War

A question to you guys about attacks. On the Peloponnesian War map can Bithynians attack Chaledonians? It is unclear from the map set up and important to my upcoming strategy.

Bythinians does not attack Chalcedonians.

You can use B.O.B to help you see which territories can attack/bombard others... I'm sure someone has a link to it somewhere.
