Sorry Moose, I didn't mean it like that Slime. What I was asking was more a question of how do you misspend your money to where you can have clothes, food, gas, rent, bills, entertainment and internet at the bare minimum and still can't manage your income to afford a measly 25$? I mean he's obviously a real Gary and lives in the land of opportunity. I'm wondering if he isn't just greasing our feathers bubb with another handout/gimme gimme thread.

Because all Americans own clothes even the poorest Americans have some amount of clothing. Even if it's just a single sock to cover up their little brother.
