Zimmah, the reason that I did not contact you once you said you were in contact with the cop (in order to offer a counter claim) is that I am not certain if you are the actual doctor or not. At that point (and also now) I can't tell if you are the real doc, or a scum fakeclaiming doc. I mean it could be part of some elaborate plan by the scum to draw out both the cop and the doc at the risk of only one of their members. Or you could be the real doctor and have simply been manipulated by Edoc'sil. I don't really know which is true at this point. All I can say is that if you lynch me now guys, then you are signing the game over to the scum. Today is basically mislynch and lose. It is clear that that is the reason Edoc'sil made his big move today. He thinks that him claiming to have a guilty investigation would be all it takes to fool you guys and win the game. Don't fall for it so easily. Consider this, if Edoc'sil is the cop then why did the scum kill Dazza last night? After the PM Edoc'sil sent out last night it was pretty clear that he was the one in communication with Zimmah. So why wouldn't the scum have killed either him or Dazza? The only reason that I can think of is that Edoc'sil is one of the mafia and that Zimmah is either the other, or he is needed to prove that Edoc'sil is the one in communication with him. That PM is why I investigated him. What I learned from doing so is that Edoc'sil was protected by his lawyer. This means that he is the mafia stalker. Personally I think that Pm was an attempt to draw out whichever townie got the extra night power and then kill them. Think about it, that townie was going to be confirmed today. So the mafia got wanted to get rid of him. They tried to bait him out with that pm so that they could kill the confirmed townie instead of one of the unconfirmeds that they need to hide amongst.

I understand if you don't all trust me with this claim right now. I mean Edoc'sil took some major risks setting up a scenario were he would have your trust when he made his big move.
In order to compensate for this perdicament that we find ourselves in, I say that we do not lynch either Edoc'sil or myself today. Think about it, by having us both have claimed like this we are in a situation where no matter which of us is telling the truth the scum will not be able to kill the cop until the end of the game. I propose that we purposefully extend this stalemate in order to use our still living cop to find the other scum member first. If we gamble on lynching me or Edoc'sil then we lose if we are wrong, and if we are right then the cop will just get killed. But if we wait then we can have a much greater shot a winning.
There are currently 6 of us alive. Me and Edoc'sil have claimed cop. One of us is scum. That leaves four. Zimmah has claimed doc. He either is so, or is the other scum. That leaves Soundman, Agentcom, and Ghostly. If Zimmah isn't the other scum then one of these three is. I need a minute to work out the math, but I think that we can find a way to guarantee our victory by waiting.

Heh, good luck. You are the Lawyer, the only person I could have gotten a guilty on during the night. I was worried about a busdrive or something, but now that you have attempted to CC all my concerns are gone. Also, there are 5 townies alive at this point, it is by no means Lylo, so one of dies. My claim is better, and testable, so you die. The only question is why didn't you kill the doc last night? Or did think to bank on the townie using their power last night (I still want to know who that was BTW!)

Alright, I have worked some of the math out. First thing is first: If some is the doctor other than Zimmah they absolutely need to claim today. Also, if someone one of the surviving vanilla townies is the one who received the special power last night they need to come forward now. Zimmah, did anyone PM you claiming to have the power last night? (Hopefully nobody used it, if they did we are screwed for sure.) Finding out if who can be confirmed is essential to the strategy we should go with right now.
Now, what I am about to propose is rather unorthodox for CC mafia and some of you might not like it. But, given that this setup has been devised and run in a foreign environment I think we need to expand of horizon of tactics just a bit to win here. I think we should no lynch.
In this particular circumstance skipping today's lynch does not actually hurt us in anyway. If we mislynch today then we lose, if we no lynch today then we survive until tomorrow where we face the same mislynch and lose. But I think that the one night of investigations will yield enough proof to make tomorrow's lynch have a much greater chance of success than today. Let us use the rare opportunity provided by the guaranteed cop survival that my and Edoc'sil having opposing claims provide to make certian we lynch the right guy.
Let us run the number. We now have six alive. Two of which (myself and Edoc'sil) are locked in a situation where one is scum and the other is confirmed, but we can't tell which is which for certain. We have one more confirmed Zimmah as Doctor. (Unless he get's counter claimed. But if that happens the everything after this is a moot point.) That leaves three. If the person who got the power last night is still alive (IE they are not Dazza.) then they are also confirmed. Only two remain. I will investigate one tonight. My result will determine who the remaining scum is. Since my result on Edoc'sil came back innocent that mean he must have had lawyer protection. This means that the other scum is the lawyer and therefor can't protect himself. If the person I check is scum then we lynch them. If the person I check is town then we lynch the person I didn't check.
The scum have a few choices for how to handle that night. They can:
Kill me, which just tells you guys to lynch Edoc'sil tomorrow.
They can kill one of the people being investigated. That just exposes the other as being scum.
They can kill one of the confirmed players. This is their only real option. But in doing so they will have to contend with the fact that Zimmah will be protecting either himself or the other confirmed. They mafia will have to WIFOM which to kill.

Of course in the scenario that I am scum then Edoc'sil will be using this night to make a free investigation of his own. (And everything else I said applies, just reversed.)

So, unless anyone has any good leads on the other scum I will Vote No Lynch.

If you are alive I am unconcerned. If I had an Innocent I would have certainly just told you, but I think a guilty was worth it. I am concerned that the scum have a DK so I wanted it out as fast as possible.

also spiesr, i don't believe your counterclaim because you only claimed AFTER edoc said you was guilty. i believe if you really was the cop, you'd take the risk and tell me, instead of just making up a story why you didn't.

i mean you claimed only after you had nothing to lose anymore, and there's no way to prove you're mafia or not, but since edoc contacted me sooner, beleive him.

also a no lynch at the point where you believe we're at mylo is really bad, it gives mafia all the time to re-organise and kill another person, and who tells us the mafia won't just shoot the real cop anyway? if we're allready at mylo and you kill the cop over night, that would put us a lylo or mylo again, but this time without a cop, and you also know the other power role (me), and even though i'm quite surprised i still live (probably mafia thought i would protect myself) i don't buy your story.

i mean no lynch is just not really an option, and your story does not make much sense to me. it's a cool story, but i'm almost sure the real cop would have counterclaimed privately.

and if i wasn't the real doctor, i'm almost certain i would have been lynched or at least counterclaimed, so you not believing i was the doctor is quite weird as well, i don't think you're that stupid.
