I agree. I figure there's enough room for 1 doc in this game, but definitely not two. drake sounds like his night actions are more consistent with trying to benefit town.

What exactly do you want me to say? If blake isn't the doc, then obviously we lynch drake. Remember, I never cast a vote for blake until I heard the counterclaim. Go back and read my posts a couple nights ago when zimmah was pushing for a lynch. I said we should go investigate more leads first and talk it out.

Now we know either blake or drake are lying, and that's a lot better than just lynching blake and not really having any other possible leads.

So, here is what you guys wanted, the summation of the info I have collected.

My point here I guess, is that it appears that the nights when I blocked pancakemix match up with the nights where the mafia roleblocker didn't block anybody. So, if Blakebowling doesn't come up as the mafia roleblocker, we should probably look into that or something...

BG claimed to have been blocked on N3. However, I still think there's a good chance pcm is (one of) our remaining scum.

Don't forget that Mr. Squirrel claimed when BG shot him with the proton pack, Mr. S had a one-shot bulletproof vest. I'm not going to declare that he's the mafia godfather, but there seems to be circumstantial evidence that points towards that. Definitely a good lead for Day 6.

I think spiesr's lead on pcm is more promising. I also made a note of this earlier, during the case on VS:

I actually watched Taxi Driver the other night (been meaning to for a while; this just further inspired me). Travis Bickle only kills 4-5 people in the movie. 1 was robbing a store at gunpoint, and the other 3-4 (can't remember) he killed trying to free a 12-year-old Jodie Foster from prostitution. He's absolutely a vigilante character. When I re-read this, it seemed like pcm was falsifying information about the character to speed up the case. I could be wrong, but I wanted to get it out there now that blake has been hammered and it won't detract from that case, and in case I die tonight.

Because in a scenario where the usual sources of fudging up an action like that have been eliminated, (We know that he was not roleblocked and that the busdriver did not effect that action.) you are basically forced to either confirm his action or deny his entire claim. Presumably you would have felt that his claim was too solidly accepted for denying to be a safe option at this point. So I would guess that you thought that collaborating his claimed action would win you more town points that any of the other options available to you.

Yeah, but he tried to kill the politician too. So I definitely think overeager vig at the very least, especially when you consider he got the guns illegally.

i knew you was lying all along, but the rest didn't really believe me. in the end we did get the real doctor to claim tho, not sure if that's a good thing, but i doubt it will hurt us much either, as we were getting a clear image on what's going on this day. i have a feeling this game will be over soon.
