Found this on the wall of one of my opponents. Looked at it a bit more, looks like secret diplo even though a offer was made in chat they continued discussing strat outside on the walls.
Cool. Would have worked better this round. Yellow may adjust now and reinforce at stu lounge. If you go for it you can set terms as to length of truce on the border between admin and sci. I'll put a small stack there in case yellow should come through your line but I promise not to attack you.
