default autoattack nonneutrals

The autoassault has a bad habit of defaulting to the first option alphabetically. Twice today this meant I attacked a neutral and followed up into a dead end without realizing, messing with both turns severely.

It would be greatly appreciated if the assault drop down target menu defaulted to the first noneutral instead.

It's alphabetical. Just be more careful.
