The 'Stupid Laws' Game

What strange, irreverent, non-sensical, or slyly logical laws would you add/invent to a specific Country/State/City or just in General?

On a General City level, it should be illegal parallel park if you cannot successfully park in two attempts.

On a State level, lets say Montana, it should be illegal to dually possess a gun safe and a Furby.

Wind chimes are hereby illegal in all States with the exception of Alabama, where they my be hung on the 4th Tuesday of every month one and a half feet above a second floor toilet by a certified electrician named Dave.

Section 2

The Congress and all of the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by inappropriate legislation.
