One other difference is that the Serial Killer must attempt a kill every night that they can, while mafia can choose to not use a Night Kill.

Shm78 was supposed to be taken for one game day, so is he is back and able to be voted? If so, when can we find out the results of the police investigation?

The loss of both masons presents quite the challenge because we cannot verify the recruit went through. It could have been incidentally prevented by the NK or even declined in an extremely clever ploy to take out what were essentially our "cops." I did not get recruited, so I wonder if there's a second person out there who did last night as was planned.

Though freezie, a question if you will. Was shm78 your partner, Yvette?

F1fth, the results came back and cleared me. It is in note where the 2 kills were listed.

Flavour clearly suggests 2 people joined the town masonry. I think Yoshi was the second. Let's wait to hear from him.

Aha, I guess I overlooked a thing or two in that last scene. My mistake!

My question to freezie still stands, though perhaps a little revision is necessary, given the investigation results. This way might be a bit more accommodating. Freezie, was your partner one of the "motorists"? You need only answer yes or no. If no, then perhaps your former partner could use the "mafia vig" you were speaking of to solve this problem once and for all?

Also, I have big stuff to share but I need to wait for things to move along first.

Freezie said her group had 1 DK every 2 days. She also said every group has limited kills.

We also had:
N0: no kills (NPCs disregarded and Edoc's attempted kill disregarded as well - I have a feeling it was all for flavour and to get investigations started)
N1: 2 kills
N2: no kills
N3: 2 kills (NPCs disregarded)

Sounds like the NKers are equally limited at 1 kill every 2 nights, meaning nobody should die tonight.

Yoshi is going to recruit me.
Freezie is, unless my logic is flawed, going to recruit either /, Mass Miracle or Shm.

We will enter D5 with 4 masons + Freezie's mafia abandoned and a bunch of other cleared townies. 4 recruitments during N4 should be enough to seal the game, provided there is any doubt that it isn't yet sealed.

I am indeed a now town mason, and will recruit my old partner tonight. Doom can confirm him, however I know you'd like to hear from him anyway so... However I'd like to know who's the top 3 suspects you all have, to give my old mafia partner an idea on who to kill to help town, cause if he declines my mason recruitment tonight I will IRL find him and give him a chuck norris' worthy kick he'll remember :evil:

Rodion: Flawed logic. If the mafias really wanted to win with town, they would have left at least either Victor or Edoc alive. They killed both of them. If any of them refuses the recruitment, it makes it much harder...yet possible.

I disagree. Seems to me like 1 mafia/SK thought "hey, I'm going to kill Victor because he can be an overpowered recruiter" while the other mafia/SK thought "hey, I'm going to kill Edoc to see if Victor is an overpowered recruiter that can be lynched tomorrow". We have no reason to believe the 2 NKers communicated to make this happen. Killing them was a smart move, since it was possible that they were cult. It was not a strictly anti-town move (I'd call it an "insurance move") since Victor/Edoc said their recruitees would inherit their powers and keep the ball rolling, so, if they were speaking the truth, town would not be left in a bad position. And, as we can see, town is by no means in a bad position.

As long as we don't DK/lynch Yoshi and/or Freezie, the game can be won in auto-pilot mode.

I'm against killing any of them, though. Seems like we will be depriving someone of a win just because we can (and not because their existence threaten us). If I'm ever in a position of losing the game but being able to win simply because someone arbitrarily decided to recruit me and let me win instead of killing me and letting me lose I'd like him to do the former. And if I'm not generous now, I can't expect generosity when the boot is in the other foot.

Yeah, but it was real shortsighted of whoever made the kills because the game could have been won a lot easier with 4 recruitments tonight. And now we have the business with the books in the library, and who knows what sort of new objectives some people might have.

Agreed, 2 recruitments isn't that much but we already have many leads into potential mafia. I am indeed masoned with freezie. We were talking last night, as well as with the other 2 before they died.

And Yeah, Mass and shm would be in my top 3 for sure, not sure who else would be up there.

As I investigated the revolver, I'm not sure if it includes killing the NPC cop, but Yvette is a mafia member that freezie claims was aligned with him. Who that is, we're not sure, but that's probably one of the uncleared people. Also, Mr. Boddy's prints were also on the revolver, I get the feeling that if he's in the game, he's a Serial Killer.

Mr Boddy's prints were also on the rope. I am assuming these investigations are after the scene so it is not really telling us anything we did not know. Mr. Boddy must be the sk.

Not sure if Freezie was asking me to claim...there is nothing to claim that we don't already know...I am Debra Hill which is rather boring.

I don't know who to trust here....seems like things are awfully convenient for a town win...something does not sit right with it all.
