Colonel Mustard slowly walks towards the bar, his eyes set in a fine bottle of Johnnie Walker's Blue Label that appeared to be half empty. Yes, some would call it half full, but not him! Not after all he had to witness in the wars, both during the battles and behind the curtains. It's fair to say that Colonel Mustard is, above all things, a survivor and he certainly wouldn't risk getting poisoned for a bottle of scotch, however expensive. Suddenly, he takes a slight detour and reaches a simple but elegant wooden box, which he promptly opens. After taking and lighting one of the cuban's finest, he finally sets his eye on Monsieur Brunnette's corpse, particularly on the small piece of paper coming out of his pocket. As he approaches the body, Colonel Mustard kneels and takes the letter out of his pocket, but not before wearing a fine piece of leather gloves.

"Officer, I believe this is what you call evidence. I guess I could say all of us have reasons to believe the handwriting here is that of The Chief. Perhaps you could take him with you back to the police department and confirm that?"

GT was only modkilled because he quoted something the mods sent him. So the message is real (at least to some extent). I want to know if it came from Victor or not.

I have a WIFOMy thought that makes me wonder if they were on the same side and GT was being a dick. Not sure, I would be happy sending Victor, SHM or Target away, they all have decent cases against them.

"Yes, it is quite interesting why the head of the household decided to take away our lynch today, and instead called the cops to pull someone out... it's as if.... they know something," speculated Professor Plum, as he stares at painting of a famous English king. "That makes me think that our lynch targets are really the scum that we need to lynch in order to save ourselves, and they're just changing the game so we cannot win so quickly." Professor Plum faces the other guests present in the room, folding his hands neatly behind his back. "I really think we're on the right track here. I don't think that cop is here to help us; I think he's here to just slow us down."

"Curious..." The Chief ponders as he strokes his beard. "Monsieur Brunette's intentions did not seem entirely good, and I would therefore suspect a confirmed innocent may have poisoned his drink. I'm going to trust the professor on this and ask that Colonel Mustard be taken. The evidence Pr. Plum has presented can't be ignored.

"To the others, I must stress that the message was not, in fact, mine. I however have no issue with going with a fellow man of law, I just figure there's a murderer out there, and this officer can aid us."

I don't know, the POTC game is all I could think of but there didn't seem to be any bad blood there. I don't play in any of sully's games so I could be the wrong one to ask

It depends on your opinion on shm really. We've all basically taken for granted that shm was scum, but now / jumps in with one post and suddenly people are backing off the possibility that shm is mafia?

Send shm, it's going to give us more time to pursue target and maybe victor and we can make a decision after an extra day.

He is a rookie though, if we exile him for a week or two he might not come back, dunno if he is active in other games to keep him around.

I think rookies are following but just confused...I know I am. How many games before you lose the rookie label?

I don't think you will lose him, he might actually enjoy the pressure of being in the game being off for a bit of time.

Good point Mass. I am following along as much as I can and trying to figure this game out. I don't post much, which obviously has hurt me, but I do check on this thread quite often.

I thought the observation that there were a couple of abandoned cars would have helped but it didn't.

I apologize for that little outburst. Thank you, Professor, for helping me pull myself together bit. *Gingerly nurses cheek*
I have something to say now.

Any chef that can't prepare my favorite dish of Cantonese Monkey Brains is certainly suspect in my book. And by that I mean I accuse the second cook, Targetman377!

"Son, you'll be a rookie until you prove yourself a man," Professor Plum states, placing his hand firmly on his shoulder. "When you prove yourself worthy of such a title, then you will no longer be considered a rookie. Some lose it the first game, like Colonel Mustard, and others take a bit longer; and I'll have to admit I stand in the latter category. But all in due time, all in due time." Professor Plum gave a sly smirk.

Since nobody seems to want any tea, I will serve Cantonese Monkey Brains instead.

Shm, we need you to look back through the thread at questions addressed to you and answer them if we are to believe that you are town. Since I doubt that will happen, I also want to send shm.

I don't know if changing opinions here is allowed. Since nobody wants to follow with my VS strategy, I'll compare the 2 most nominated, Shm and Target.

Shm is scummy because:

a) sort of got counterclaimed by Ben (Ben was cleared by Fifth)
b) to make things worse about his claim, nobody cleared him
c) is one of the few players who claimed not to have taken a single cellar card
d) BWed Victor with a one-liner

e) flavour did indicate there were 2 abandoned cards, so it's possible that there are 2 motorists out there

Target is scummy because:

a) claimed something hard to believe (Yoshi is already a cook/chef, it's hard to believe there is another one)
b) to make things worse about his claim, nobody cleared him

Colonel Mustard started getting irritated. He thought he had given great reasons for the officer taking The Chief, but nobody else seemed to agree. Being a colonel, he had grown used to having his opinions promptly accepted with a respectful "yes, sir!". Without making the slightest effort to hide his state of mind, the war veteran replied:

"Well, this motorist was not even supposed to be here. If you aren't going to do your job correctly and take The Chief, perhaps you could take this party crasher with you instead?"

Captain Brown liked to live his life the way he was taught in the army. Orderly, neat, and with a stiff upper lip. The poisoning did not rattle him, he had seen too many friends dead in the war for another death to perturb him. However, as the Colonel outranked him, he felt he had to give more weight to the thoughts of a superior

"Quite frankly officer, we seem to have two cooks and two stranded motorists. I cannot help but notice the redundancy that would occur with two cooks, and it seems a miraculous coincidence that two passing drivers would have their machines break down at the same time. Either one of these surplus persons should be taken down to the station and questioned more thoroughly.

shm like me is a rookie. However, he failed to answer direct questions about his role. Unless of course his role was that weak it makes him look suspicious. Either way there is more than enough suspicion pointing at shm to warrant him being questioned further. This will give the more experienced players time to continue the in house investigations into GT, sully, target etc.

I say officer shm is your man take him away and sweat it out of him.

Professor Plum raised an eyebrow at Captain Brown's comment. "Yes, it does seem rather coincidental that two stranded motorists would appear at the same time," pondered Professor Plum, rubbing his chin. "Maybe one or both of them came here on purpose, or was hired by someone. But the question remains: who? and why?" The lights flickered a little.

I will break the tie, I will switch my Accusation to Target. The multiple cooks business is fishy, and there is a slight explanation for the multiple motorists.

I agree that it is unlikely that there would be two cooks, although is it possible they brought one in for the party? I think that is more likely than two cars breaking down...so I cast my accusation on SHM.

Sergeant Grey looked bored for the most part, he received calloused glares from the officer because of his reputations for upholding the law, thus he tried to appear as though he was paying the officer no mind, but this was proved not to be so when he came to a sudden realization...
"Oh officer," he smirked "I couldn't help but notice your notebook..." The officer gives a look of disgust and hides his pad in his pocket. Grey continued " ...notice you have been counting totals to two different kinds of names, our aliases and something else..." Perfect! He realized this guy has some source of knowledge we aren't privy to cooped up in here.

He looks at the other guests "I learned this sort of thing on the force, you people have lost your common sense by bringing in emotional bias." he stated condescendingly "So little common sense that you can't discern a person's obvious identity at a glance. Fortunately the officer is new here meaning he can see who would logically be the 'Colonel Mustard' without an introduction"

"I believe the alternate cook and motorist's fates are sealed, we should use this man's keen eye to take care of problems we can't handle." He pans the room and uses emphasis when he looks at three "missus'"

1. Rodion - Colonel Mustard existence confirmed by night investigation
2. DoomYoshi - Mrs. Ho town according to Rodion existence confirmed by night investigation
3. / - Sergeant Gray existence supported by safari's role knowledge
5. mass miracle - Debra Hill existence confirmed by night investigation
6. Edocsil - Wadsworth existence supported by scenes
7. Victor Sullivan - The Chief town according to lalaland
10. gimli1990 - Mrs. White
11. F1fth - Mrs. Peacock
13. shm78 - The Motorist
14. freezie - Mrs. Silver
15. safariguy - Captain Brown town according to /
16. ben.cleuch - The Stranded Motorist town according to Fifth
17. targetman377 - The Cook
19. shieldgenerator7 - Professor Plum town according to saf
20. Dazerazer - Lady Lavender town according to Edoc'sil

"Since some of us lack the common sense to to call people out on their obvious contradictory traits, I will accuse someone who hasn't been confirmed by our evidence so far (that I can remember, you figure it out :P )" Grey turns away from the party and closes his eyes "'In The Land Of The Blind, The Man With One Eye Is King' I wonder who the officer will think to pick out if I say... 'Please arrest Mrs. Silver' "

The cook was irritated by the ruckus that had caused panic in the house. How could it be the one job he took would turn into a murder house. All he was here for was to do the job. He did not know anyone and did not even think he would meet anyone.

Its so busy in the kitchen You guys eat a lot!

Sorry as i was busy cooking your food. And as i see the guest have turned on me! All i do is cook and i do it well. But for me the most suspicious person is shm. Now i am busy cooking food for you all so if you want to eat let me be!!

Are we allowed to have 2 people interrogated? I wanted shm offed so I would have to say I want him interrogated. However if we get 2 choices my second would be target. And if I gauge this correctly, being interrogated does NOT mean they are lynched right? It just means they are questioned? If that is the case, we should get shm questioned just to get his name cleared no? Or hmmmm.... I think best to get Victor cleared then... OKay so wait tell me, a person getting interrogated does what now? Do we get more info on that person? Are we able to figure out if they are good or bad? If that is case then we should DEF do our homework on Victor wouldnt yall say?
