In my mind, the Cleared people are:
me
Fircoal
Nark (although less so than me and chu)
My possible suspects at this point:
1. Yoshi (odd offers to claim)
2. Iliad (but only if Vio decides that is the lynch she wants to push)
3. Strike/Tal (Interesting arguments from both sides, but a lot of posting without much quoting, also, character play style borders a bit on WIFOM for me)
Like I said, not real compelling cases up, but those are my sentiments right now.

strike wolf wrote:Hmm well that's an interesting comment. I have to know though...why do you think it's such a good idea to random lynch? that sounds like the opposite of a good idea.
VioIet wrote:This struck me as an odd post. Here is why:
You make a post, FOS'ing me, doom and tal.
You FOS'd me because I called commander out for wanting a random lynch of those who refused to mass claim.
Now you call out doomyoshi for supporting a random lynch?
You didn't tell commander that it sounded opposite of a good idea, when he suggested it.
I just don't understand this line of reasoning.
DoomYoshi wrote:PS: I don't exactly "want" a random lynch, I am merely trying to get some BWs going to stimulate discussion. I am not saying a random is better than a well thought out one, just that a random is better than none at this point.
DoomYoshi wrote:Now that you are replacing Streaker, do you understand why he was on my townie list? It doesn't seem like you do, considering you are voting for me. This is very suspicious behaviour. Nark has also claimed, which brings mafia to about 1/3 to 1/2 of all remaining people. Not terrible odds.
Talapus wrote:strike wolf wrote: I do not expect you to really discuss your night actions no. That's ridiculous and a violation of the rules as I understand them. However actual game play behavior I feel is fair game. I saw a contradiction in your behavior from earlier with no reason that I could make out and I wanted you to explain it. As for Yoshi, I would rather not get into that as well but it is an avenue that he is seemingly unwilling to let me take.
I never once said night actions dude. I can kinda see how you assume that, but never once in my post was that mentioned and never would I consider giving that info out...thats just a given. Looking back at your two thoughts as to why my behavior may or may not have changed however I notice you seem to lack your usual thought out ideas to share with all of us as the two options you presented are most certainly not the only ones plausible. I don't know strike, I really can't put my finger on it, but since you've come back...something is off with you. I'm not sure if I should chalk it up to an off day or if the newer role is a complete 180 from town. But ya, something isn't right with you.

I am not sure why doomyoshi is ok with being lynched but not night killed, it's still an interesting comment...

Yes, yes I do. The main thing is that I feel you're trying to establish yourself as a townie really hard with consistently going from one person to another. I may be wrong, but I think you are trying to build on your reputation from previous days and you want to direct the pressure from you.
Yes, Yoshi has made a bunch of very scummy comments, but this one got me thinking the most: Lets say that Yoshi is scum and has a very strong fake claim - he wants a chance to say it, because he know it won't work if he's just considered scummy and NK'd by vig. So, first, he asks people if he should claim? After being denied, starts acting scummy and getting pressure, so he could claim.

Now we are in less of a low spot and yes I have attracted some scummy attention, but I always do that. For the first time in ages, I am not scum and would hate to be NKed by a vig without a chance to claim.
strike wolf wrote:You make it sound like I've gone around making a case on someone and when it falls through I just go pick tthe next person to torture. I picked the three people who seemed suspicious when I replaced and made my cases. I have let up a bit on is tal and vio as tal came up with a reasonable explanation for his change in opinion but I have not dismissed either case. Tal is out of the picture for the moment as the main point in my case has been answered and on examination the rest of the case is weak. Vio I am still suspicious of just a little less so and might attempt to form a more in depth case on her in the future depending on how her actions continue. Doomyoshi is still up at the top of my discussion list. Right now it looks like he either needs to be lynched in all his other games for being scumor he's lying and I tend to believe the latter. Personally the reason you came up with commander seems wifomy but possibly applicable but either way I am not buying the we were in a lull excuse for offering to claim.

Because you would likely just be considered a jester and lynched? Because you would make yourself an easy target? Because people would be suspicious? Day 2 would have made more sense, but with a guilty result from Strike, you probably thought it wasn't a good idea to stick yourself out and be NK'd. I will stick with my opinion.strike wolf wrote:You make it sound like I've gone around making a case on someone and when it falls through I just go pick tthe next person to torture. That's not exactly said, but it does seem that you're trying to have a couple of possible fall backs should plan A fail. As I've said, I really don't have anything else on you and Yoshi is much more suspicious for me, but I will keep an eye on you - something just feels a bit off. As far as others go:
@ Tal - I honestly don't see anything scummy on him at the moment.
@ Vio - mildly scummy, but she is usually that way. I wouldn't mind pressuring her, but there are much scummier people.
@ My suggestion on Yoshi: Yes, yes it WIFOM, but it's a proper one. If you have any better reasons and suggestions, please do tell.

Furthermore, I made a joke about claiming when there was barely any activity.
I can understand this case completely
If you would let me claim you would understand why I am playing this way.

It's not as if we can stop you from claiming... Just frigging do it already... You have been aching to since the beginning.

No it's ok. I would rather look at some other cases now. So, I am not quite sure what Talapus and strike were arguing about. I got the first case on Talapus, but nothing since then. I feel there may be a problem with having some many replacements, some wires got crossed.
