I mean, I'm using a pc, and I also "just plug it in and it works", maybe install a driver, but really, is that really as difficult as they make it out to be? And really that much different from "plugging it in and it works"?
One of them was complaining about not finding the right cable, hey, come on, read the manual and if it really isn't there send a complaint to the manufacturer. But how hard can it be to find the correct cable for connecting a device to your computer, most 10 year olds can do that.

it can do more i think, but you have to find it out by yourself, there are not much things i don't know from a mac, also the things like ü etc. are much easyer on a mac, i will not remember something like "control 138" just typ "alt u" and than the letter you want the ¨ above
