To be fair, most the maps on this site are taken from a atlas??? Concerning orginality i cant see another map like it on CC!!!

This is just a template to see if anyone likes the idea!!!

For example, there is one continent with 2 bunkers...We cant have that and it wil be moved :)

Even the continent colours will be changed because i dont like them!!!

But first before i put more hard work in i want to know if people will like it....

Yes, I agree. It's a bit hard to make anything completely original unless you come up with a completely fictional map yourself.

I'd still prefer to see what you can come up with, even if it is hand drawn. You wont be able to use anything off that map anyway, it will be protected by copyright.

Erm tell that to the russians, I'm sure they would love it, even the Americans know that the bulge was far more costly to both sides. I'll give you the fact that D-day was the best planned operation and biggest naval landing in the history of the world, but most important and costly BATTLE in world war two, it was most definatley not.

for research, buy the book "D-DAY" by Stephen E.Ambrose. Not only for research, but for reading it is a really good book, (if you can be bothered reading the 500 odd pages.)

And while it would be good having a D-DAY or Operation Overlord map, it would have to be done really well.
