FOS pancake, mandy crazy ass theories are right half of the time, and at the moment that seems better than the other leads on the table (meaning anarkist and streak).

Non'ya...
And if he would have backed off like I had hinted at several times, I wouldn't have had to, but he wouldn't quit trying to assign some blame to me.

To be fair, my last post was regarding Flores. I could see that no one was behind my thoughts on you.
For now, I'm gonna throw an FOS at Wolf, because his posts throughout the game have caught my attention a couple of times. He defended Yoshi, maybe thinking he was town, but then realized that perhaps he was SK or third party and decided to stop. He then makes a case against spiesr, only after spiesr stated that it's likely Strike wasn't investigated last night, but he did play the "yeah spiesr's right, I probably wasn't investigated" card in order to appear like he's cooperating with town. He now wants info on Nark, when it's clear that Nark either is investigative in nature or has game-related info.

This here strikes me as scummy. I just get a vibe from this of a scum mate trying to cover for her partner. Or perhaps the WIFOM version of making fake connections with townies. Anyhow, just smells like scum to me. Meh, I will toss a vote Flores out...FloresDelMal wrote: Also i believe that with all the yoshi's defending that strike did someone must have investigated him, and the fact that no one has pop up with an accusation kinda clears him.

yes you're right I did defend yoshi about the hammer issue. I honestly felt it was a misunderstanding about intentions and I could see how he might mistake the role as one he hadn't seen before.
you almost make it sound like it happened right after spiesr's comment. I came up with the case on spiesr because I felt his behavior stood out and I made a case. I still feel it stood out and while he came up with a fairly solid defense I still think it was the right case for the time especially after the game was stagnating a bit. As far as the no one investigated me comment, I don't think it even sounds like a cooperative comment standing alone. I know that does not sound like a good defense in and of itself but I just find his reasoning for finding that comment scummy in and of itself rather weak basis for the speculation of how it could make me scum. As for the comment itself, I made it simply to point out it as an inaccuracy to assume a player is cleared because you expected them to be investigated based on information that is no longer accurate.
admittedly that was poorly phrased by me. I was not asking nark to confess how he knew I meant why he picked that moment to reveal information on you. It didn't seem to me that there was any immediate reason to but while you say the post about flores and I do believe that is the case I can see how nark read it as you again going after him and the first part of your post does make it sound like you were hoping someone could give you a reason to go after him. I would also like to add that roles with game related info can apply to mafia members who know each other and could have a good idea of who is town.

It's easy to claim that, but what I'm saying is that you, as alleged scum, could use the scum tactic where you defend a townie or n00b townie to earn brownie points and appear pro-town. However, after DY's defense fell apart, you began to realize that maybe he wasn't town (he isn't on your faction sort of thing...) and turned on him. Plus you were starting to get flak from it, and decided to back off.

Your case on spiesr--after only 15 posts (one page) dated Mon May 09, 2011 1:49 pm
So while there is 4 rl days between the posts, there's only one page and activity has been flagging due to finals and whatnot. Game-wise there wasn't a lot of time between them. Anyway, the way I read it, you could appear to be lending credence to spiesr's theory, and basically inviting someone to investigate you in hopes that you earn their trust.
That green you picked is horrid, I'm using this one. I'll take your word for that one. It's true that not only town have info, but with my role I doubt any scum have info on me. I'm pretty sure I know who Nark is, and he would be town.

Defending Nark? But you fos pancake, who previously said something along the lines of "yeah, I see what you're saying about Nark, but that just typical of him." Who turned out to be town.
I'm getting weird vibes from ga7, but then again, I think in every game I've played with him I've accused him at least once, so nothing going there yet (btw I'm only on like page 17 right now, so who knows if that'll hold). He was clearly anti-pancake, but voted for I think tonka.
The main thing I'm trying to figure is who was genuinely against Yoshi and who took advantage of his scumminess.Flores wrote:my lovely niece just went out with her grandma and i got the time to get my ass here and read, and the only thing i got was yoshi repeating him/her self over and over again with the same flawed logic and baseless accusations (he lied, i swear!!! that's why i hammered, don't take it on me, i'm just a noob with a theater background), then accusing pcm of flaming (btw what i just did in the previous parenthesis it can be consider flaming, not what pcm said) so i see no reason for unvote yoshi, that being said, i wont be able to participate on real daily basis because i'm too busy taking care of my niece while she is in holidays with us.
It's clear at this point that yoshi is the next lynch, she joins in and says her piece.
okay crap this is all I have time for; take everything I said w/ a grain of salt, too rough at this point.
