wouldnt sell....its his income and livelyhood.
Not to mention his company owns and runs a few websites not just this one.

If LandGrab sold for 145K, then I figure CC is somewhere between 300K and 1Mil.

I dunno, the business model is tied pretty strongly to paid membership which is more volatile than advertising. May not be that valuable under current strategy.
