As an example, if you play and win a 2 player game on random map and sequestial, then go on to beat the same player on a random map and chained does this count as a unique kill giving you 2 unique kills?
YES,
but only with regards to those settings.
so it counts once as random, there is no medal for chained fortify settings nor for sequential games.(at least not in itself)
so once as random, once if you rate him, once for each map for the crossmap achievement.
If e.g you would player the same player on a freestyle 1vs1 random map, nuclear settings and you would play The Netherlands map. and you would play AGAINST that same player in a doubles game sequential random map nuclear settings, Antartica. AND WIN both!
then you would get
+2 for cross medal maps (netherlands + antartica)
+1 nuclear (the other player of the dubbels is assume to already been defeated on the nuclear setting)
+1 freestyle
+1 doubles (per player defeated, so could be +2 per team you defeat
there is no specific medal for sequential/ spoils other then nuclear/ fortifications.
So yes, for nearly each medal you need to defeat a unique person, so for most medals you could play against 400 persons and get every single medal.. it will take more then 400 games though...
