Also mafia should have no motivation to fall in line with cult. Even combined they do not make up a majority so they can't control the lynch and even if someone flips town still has Governor Swann preventing an unwanted lynch. You also can't trust victor. He has a sword now and if I was him I would be looking to eliminate the only remaining people who could kill him asap. Meaning that as soom as they eliminate falko you guys would be the next on the chopping block.

The best possible soluttion for every noncult would be to vote victor

Well now I owe no allegiance to the Mafia. Insult to injury was added, and now I am cult. My old WC is still in effect, kill Jack and I leave the game, although I likely see him siding with the cult, as he needs to live. Victor, next time you recruit keep your mouth shut, I could have wormed my way out of it myself and then used it to our advantage.

They may not be able to control the lynch but they can also force a no lynch and take out more townies in the night phase.

Now they are outed it is better than siding with a town which will stab them in the back once victor (the cult leader) is lynched, town will then lynch / and then doom in that order and then finally finish off the remaining culties who have no NK ability.

With Victor's swords, cult and mafia can work together temporarily to kill off two townies in the night phase, then by all means remaining mafia and town will have to sign a temporarily alliance to try and defeat the cult. If mafia and cult don't work together at this point however town will win through the power of majority (which they do not possess right now).

Honestly they are screwed either way. So mafia...would you rather help town or would you rather screw over edoc who screwed you guys over by killing victor and nerfing the cult? Victor's sword is most likely protective in nature which means you couldn't kill two townies at night and it will just prevent mafia from being able to take out victor when they need to to stop the cult.

And I could say the same thing happens if they help cult but the truth is their death warrant has already been served. The only way it wouldn't. Be signing their death warrant is if edoc had lied and one of the scum is still hidden. They could jump on the victor wagon and remain hidden or they could help cult knowing that victor and edoc have that knowledge but town does not. It would effectively screw themselves over.

I like the idea of Victor with a sword, since he is the only guy I can be sure won't try to stab me with it :mrgreen:

(if I die, he loses one of his pets).
Seeing how this game has become a real clusterfuk, I'll keep my vote on Edoc. Anyone who helps me by lynching or NKing him earns my help (I'll just sleep better knowing that no one is plotting my death). Of course, if Town has a plan to win this, I'm not averse to helping them out, for Mayor's sake, as long as it doesn't demand too much work on my part.

Fastposted: Yes Mafia, heed the words of DoomYoshi, one of the master tacticians that managed to lose a game for Town in which they got 3 free Mafia names head start. Surely he can steer you toward victory. :roll:

Yeah but Mandy said something about his WC having something to do with the death of Jones. I doubt we can recover the townies the cult has claimed but it'd be nice.

Also, I am faced with a dilemma. On one hand, I really don't feel like helping this town out since they are a pack of treacherous dogs. On the other hand, the Mayor helped me out, and I would sure like him to win. I'll have think about it.

if you are town, the better chance to win is to vote agaisnt victor, cult recluter, Davy jones, which now have a sword which protect him of a NK and give him the chance to kill!

On a side note, I don't understand something, why if the cult tried to recluit mafia before (Mr. Squirel), it ends with the mafia dead, and now it seems like Edoc was successfully recruited?? if is a mod mistake, edoc should be dead now, for consistency.

The town's logic makes sense, a pity it is just not the majority logic. This move means 100% chance of defeat for mafia.

Also, those townies that support the cults plan are more likely to be recruited, we have cookies over here :twisted:

Not idiots you know very well there is a very limited chance for them to win with cult or town. A chance that does not grow by helping cult.
