What's the hating here for? I think it's awesome that the SOC is awarding medals to both teachers and students. It's no skin off your back if you never participated in the SOC.

You sound a little bitter. And foeing players for low scores, that's laughable. Afraid of losing a few points?

do you know how many people are under 1000? it'd take you hours to foe them all.
plus, the medal's cool, but i wouldn't want one. I bet the medal hunters want one.

Not afraid of losing points, do that all the time. It was when I first started playing I foed everyone under 1000...I figured to be under 1000 you had to actually try to lose. Just wanted to play people that wanted to win.

It did take a long time, but did what had to be done in my mind.

I see why you'd do that. but some people just don't have high ranks because they just aren't very good at playing, but actually want to play. But i can see your point, but I wouldn't foe them.

Not yet, but there is some consideration being given to other training programs in the future.

Dako wrote:Graduation means you have increased your rank. I think each increase can get you a medal while you are in SoC. Also, teaching if you are not a mod gives this medal. But this is my opinion - I might be wrong on that one.

No, there is at present only one graduation and only one medal. Increasing your rank is one of the requirements of graduation, but you don't get anything extra for increasing your rank multiple times.

The reason the door is left open for other medals is for other, future, programs.

i think it might be the most appropriate looking medal. for me it's the SoC or Nuclear.

well done to whomever designed it.
