In that case i suggest you write an e-ticket to the Multiple Accounts & Secret Diplomacy department. This can be found under the help tab found in the top right hand of the screen

As suggested above, I have filled out an e-ticket. I do not understand why I would need to address it to the multiple accounts & secret diplomacy department.
