I just meant in terms of how your teacher might report on you as a student - even if your own teacher came to the wrong conclusion on what happened - a single incident like the above you noted is unlikely to reflect significantly on you in the long term - that's all I meant.

Sometimes people have single incidents like that weigh heavily upon them, when they shouldn't - that's the only reason I posted.

No. Possibly the boy's teacher might have been too hard, but he's said nothing about himself, or his teacher, in fact.
