No, because families do play on this website. Plus what happens at public places? Like a library or a school?

I'll say no, because multis would try to get more points for 1 account, not split. And the patterns in Game 8784475 are telling, because they attack each other pretty consistently.

Hey heres another win for them. And of course they "attack each other", taking countries that each of them doesn't need so as to get more reinforcements next turn.
Well it seems having multi accounts pays and won't get you banned even if you make it as obvious as this guy. Good to know
