Joined both speed games within seconds apart. Started both games in round 1 (manual deploy with no troops to deploy). Started round 2 in Game 8835045, deployed and attacked 2 twice, then just didn't play again.

However I noticed he joined another game immediately - Game 8835079, and played quite a few rounds, before bailing there after losing.

I messaged his wall but it went ignored. Not sure if this falls into the points dumping, but probably worth a mention. I also don't want issues if he does.

If he starts missing games in public games or joins more Speeds and bails on them all, I think you may have a case, but currently 2 games isn't enough to warrant for Point Dumping.

Sometimes things come up and for what ever reason you can't finish games. This is not point dumping. This is CLEARED.
