not really, they are harsher on forum violators. for some reason actions seen in the forums where less than 3% of users ever venture, are more serious than breaking the first rule of the site which can affect the scoreboard... Mr. moldy can give them some quick cash and all is forgiven and he is right back to being a full member with all his CC rights... break a forum rule and they can ban you for up to 6 months and revoke things that can be essential to a members CC experience (especially if they are in a clan or participate in the foundry or love tournaments). seems fair, right?-the black jesus

No, its pretty stupid really..just a matter of taking a bribe, can't blame them I guess..just not right because it effects everyone elses gaming experiance, but they'll continue with their ass backwards enforcment unless people stop buying premmium untill it is fixed. Thiers many more concerned paying members then paying cheaters (unless you count all their personalities!)

Anyways nobody gets a 6 month ban out of the blue. Multi's when caught get banned. It is not being a multi if you can prove you have only 1 account, no matter what you did previously. So once you adhere to the rules, what point is there in punishing people for it still? After all the penalty obviously served its purpose, i.e. to educate en prevent a repeat occurance.

Obviously there are repeatoffenders, but its not that they still dominate the top scoreboards( via ill-gained points)
Now the forums are to be seen seperatly from the game. You need to behave in the forums or you get kicked. You do not get kicked for questioning a mod once. you get kicked for repeated behaviour, and then one post can break the limit. all true. It only means, dont be an arse when a mod points out he has to dedicate time to you in a bad way, once you know that its all clear. So long as you obay the rules.
And as to other breaking the rules and you get busted when you do the same? Well hey, if you KNEW you were in the wrong, and you continue'd then you got what is comming to you, and the other guy.. Well thats not really your concern is it? Maybe he cleans up his act before he breaks the 4th dimention, or whatever.

overall. CC tries to be fair. Thats all you can ask for in life..
