As much as I love the Rogue State and their oxymoron goodness, I feel the need to start preaching the word of LUEshi here (I will address who LUEshi is shortly).
You don't need to be particularly good at Risk or Conqueror Club, but you need to have a desire for a good time, general fun, and fooling around when the time least calls for it. This is not to say you can't have srs bsniss, but it is generally better to just be relaxed and discuss porn or post ASCII.
Now, about LUEshi.
In the beginning, there was GameFAQs.
GameFAQs was started by CJayC as place to discuss video games, game codes, etc.. Originally, it was but a small message board. The population of the board grew over time, and more and more boards were added, until one day CJayC, at the peak of his creativity, formed Life, the Universe, and Everything, a board named after a line in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Originally founded by CJayC to host mind-challenging threads and extremely intellectual debates about life in general, it soon gathered a group of insightful individuals whose common intellect soon grew too powerful for CJayC (or anyone else on the the internets, for that matter) to handle. LUEsers, as we started calling ourselves, slowly mutated into a species of overpowered individuals. Linked together by mystical powers that cannot be comprehended by mundanes, we built a religion around our new holy God that they worship daily: LUEshi. Outside experts conjecture that we LUEsers must have found nothing less than the meaning of life, and that it must be somewhat connected to LUEshi.
Like Pat Robertson trying to make a buck, we LUEsers began to evangelize. We began posting LUEshi, our trademark ASCII representation of Mario Riding Yoshi as seen on the cover of Super Mario World, to every message board, chatroom, IRC channel, Wiki, and mailing list we could find. Surely this simple message contained immeasurable wisdom; alas, even the most talented scientists and theologians could not decipher LUEshi's message of hope.
Shortly after all of this, CjayC became upset with our growing popularity, and the shrinking popularity of GameFAQs in general. He then proceeded to carry out the ExcLUEsion (or as our detractors have called it, the SteriLUEzation), a hoLUEcaust of sorts where he banned any new accounts from being able the join the LUE board. We were shattered, as this meant that the cult of LUE could no longer expand, but was doomed to wither. LUEsers, sensing that its message would never be understood by the mere mortals of teh internets, started to become more and more closed and self-centered, quickly growing a sense of elitism. But hope springs eternal in the hearts of men, and the evangelization of LUEshi never truly stopped.
Shortly afterward, we dispersed across the internets, waiting for the right time to return, spreading the word of LUEshi as we searched for a new, less authoritarian home. That time came, and was found in LUELinks, a new haven for porn, ASCII, memes, and LUEsers.
For now, I'll only be accepting non-asshats. For some of you, you may see this as laughable. Well, you're exactly the asshats that I don't want in my Super Happy Elite OMFG RISK Club.
Also, mods don't move this. This is precisely the group I want to address. Anyone else isn't worth it IMHO.
All hail LUEshi! Lord of Mudkips, Lone Scion of Porn!

Also, cocks.
