HA's 200th Tourney Thread

Can we all agree that this is a huge undertaking and will be an amazing achievement blah blah blah.....can we also agree to stop spamming my inbox/wall/clan forum/facebook/CC homepage with tourney info?
How it hasn't made it here yet I have no idea.

How's about we all use this thread (or any other someone wants to make) instead to disseminate information, advertise, talk smack or whatever, mmmmkay?

when i want to promote someothing what its related to tournaments,clans,sugestion, mods are fast to lock,or move.

so, now after the multiple spam pm's to hundreds of members, you have all taken it to the GD instead of the tournament forum? why not ask for an announcement in the newsletter and save us all from the painless/annoying promotion that is going on for this tournament? this is getting out of hand... i have a real problem with this part of the OP:

that is exactly what the thread in the TOURNAMENT FORUM is for. you do not PROMOTE or ADVERTISE or have a thread in the GD to pass along info about a tournament. take it to the TOURNAMENT FORUM it does not belong in the GD and neither does this thread. again, this is becoming very painful and is beginning to encroach upon my overall CC experience...-the black jesus

Thanks Pander, I suppose you are used to reading between the lines of my crap by now which helps. My favorite parts of this are how Mr. BJ and I have the same thought about this but are fighting and Qwert is still clueless.........oh and was able to dodge that banana peel you threw in the road Andy, consequently averting total disaster.

IMHO i don't think this should be moved as it is a discussion at least. Perhaps not a very cohesive one at this current point but a discussion nontheless.

As for the spamming thing, some tourneys do get a lot of spam, but surely HA's 200th Tourney with 2000 players and 4 years worth of premium available is worth spamming facebook for, even for just a small amount of time?

ok... so let me get this straight... according to a member of the Jr. Mint Mod Squad, this is somehow a discussion about a tournament that does not belong in the tournament forum... ok... furthermore, he agrees it is spam, but it is ok, but it is Ha's tournament. i assume they are friends. Qwert brought up the interesting point of all of his tournament threads being locked and/or moved immediately without question. but somehow, this is allowed to remain in the GD, where it obviously does not belong. yep, The Jr. Mint Mod Squad, making it up as they go...-the black jesus
