General opinion Multi or not multi?

Since i won the game and feel good i wont bother C&A with this..
i AM however interested in hearing your opinion in the matter is Grothi Justin3f's multi or just plain stupid?

sub-question.. what strategy can he possibly have had to justify his behaviour?
sub-sub-question wtf was red doing up in the corner before he crapped out?

justin3f had gone through a multi check in the past with Candie. There are a couple other associated/related accounts to these two.

Personally I think a mistake was made and needs to be re-investigated. I played a game vs them on a map they had never played before but played like old pros on it. They deny it but I don't buy it.

yes i got the feeling aswell..
at several points in the game green (not justin the other guy) did not break justins bonus where he could have gotten an easy card aswell when the border where a 1.. even after cashing and after the truce was over and done with (i guess justin wrote wrong when he said util beginning of round 7 as it left him the only one in the truce.. and a truce "until end of round 7" could have explained why green did not break the bonus) nevertheless green still did not break the bonus and it is just way to stupid to be viable..

sure there are stupid players out there but after a couple of 100 games you should know that "other players bonus BAD" "easy card for me GOOD" atleast that much should have stuck..

well i dint know if it was enough for C&A and voldemort may have confirmed it, but i still think it reeks a bit..
