Could somebody explain why somebody would foe you when you've never played with them or done something to them?

Many reasons. Don't like their posting or you think they may be multi or they were caught cheating or racist/bigoted and it was posted in C&A or they seem to be the type you don't want in any of your games cuz of chat etc or don't want your points exposed to no rank or you don't like the name or an avi or your name begins with "T" or a thousand other reasons...

Some crappy high ranked players foe all other high ranked players so they can farm freely. I've been foed by a few people I have never played with because of rank, and a few others because they lost 10 or so games in a row to my team. I doubt that's the reason though, given your rank right now. People who foe other people excessively are probably people you don't want to play with anyway.
