Here's last year's album. It's little more traditional sounding than this year's will be (except the aforementioned God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen). This year's song selection is a bit more traditional, but our renditions are a lot more rocked-up.

I like the instrumentals and it is pretty good overall, but as a little constructive critisicism;
1. It sounds like you guys are just rushing through the songs. Faster paced does not = rock. Have at a tempo where you can enjoy it more.
2. The lead singer needs to work on the higher and lower notes. Those just don't flow as smooth as the rest.

Overall, I did like them and look forward to this year's songs. :)

Thanks. This year's is the one that's more rocked-up. Last year's was mostly just the songs we'd learned for the parade (plus the ..merry gentlemen, and bonus track). The up-tempo-ness was to please the smiling, clapping, and singin-along grandparents and small children that made up the most responsive demographic.

Yep. Plus, they sometimes add that Irish flare to classic Christmas songs which makes them sound even better, but even when they don't, it still sounds great.

When I first saw the Celtic Women on tv, I was immediately mesmerized by their voice and their beauty. Their Holiday songs are one of my favorites.

I absolutely hate holiday music, but I make one exception...

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen--Dio

Now that's how holiday music should be.

Blink 182 - Christmas Song
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sy9_JjLnmZI

Outside the carollers start to sing
I can't describe the joy they bring
Cause joy is something they don't bring me
My girlfriend is by my side
From roof are hanging 'sicles of ice
Their winey voices get irritating

Its Christmas time again

So I stand with a dead smile on my face
Wondering how much of my time they'll waste
Oh, God, I hate these Satan's helpers
And then I guess I must have snapped
Because I grabbed a baseball bat
And made them all run for shelter

It's Christmas time
again
It's time to be nice to the people you can't stand
All year
I'm growing tired of all this Christmas cheer
You people scare me
Please stay away from my home
If you don't want to get me down, just leave the presents
And then leave me alone

Well, I guess it's not cool to freak on Christmas Eve
Cause the cops came and arrested me
They had an unfair advantage
And even though the jail didn't have a tree
Christmas came a night early cause
A guy named Bubba unwrapped my package

It's Christmas time
again
It's time to be nice to the people you can't stand
All year
I'm growing tired of all this Christmas cheer
You people scare me
Please stay away from my home
If you don't want to get me down, just leave the presents
And then leave me alone
