Before I went sleeping I won a game and reached 1299 score. Now after 7 hours of sleep (not having played, neither having left a game in which it was my turn) I log in and have 1283 score. How come?

There are two possibilities:
1) you were defeated in a game while you were away
2) you had already been eliminated from a game (which wasn't terminator) and it finished while you were away

Remember, other than terminator games, you lose points once the game finishes, not when you are eliminated

The flag on your profile says you're from Holland. If I look at your game log, you should go to bed earlier!

And the mistery is pretty much solved if you look at Game 8167876. 16 points lost, after the time you went to bed. Happens all the time. People lose hundreds of points while they are asleep and regain them when they are awake. Nothing to be worried about.
