I don't believe you can. Most people who join speed games want to start right away, and not wait for the reserved spot to join. You can send an invite via PM using [game]xxxxxxx[/game]

There is a suggestion to add an invite feature to the speed game system. However, there is currently no way to send invites for speed games.

If you really want to play someone make the speed game private.
