THIS GUY SAYS SOLDIERS ARE IDIOTS

KASKA01 Told me he thinks anyone who is a soldier, Infantry, is an idiot and wrote on my wall on the eve of armistace or remembrance day we are a waste of time..! This guy has never served his country and for somebody who has for 18 yrs Im seriously insulted.. I have served with both Canadian and US Armies in Iraq & Afghanistan and ask any other soldiers to let him know how close a family we soldiers are.

Our military also fights for his freedom to be able to think this way and his freedom to say so from the safety of his home. It is pathetic that he and his kind do not appreciate it. He has earned his place on my foe list for sure.

I dont think this should be in C&A I did give him some abuse back, I was making a point against an ungrateful maggot who needs to understand respect for those that serve their country, I can take personal insults but to insult the Army and Soldiers is a different matter.

hes just PO because he dosent have the guts to serve the military. I also thank you for your service. my cousin is also in the military.

Wait, so just because someone thinks that people who are in the army are sheep, they're retards. Few things to think about?

1) What happens to them after the war is over? Oh those veterans are treated so well by the government...

2) They should be respected because they're being used as collateral damage in wars for oil or against "terrorism"?

3) Their behaviour and the way they do their stuff should be hailed? Check wikileaks or some other stuff.

4) A lot of times they go where they're not wanted and when they see that, they're shocked?

Maybe the guy went a bit over and didn't write like he should have, but I'd say he has a point.

The thing is...you guys have to remember that we fight and have fought so that he has the right to say assinine things like this (presuming he's in a democratic nation). So your response should be tailored to that...don't give him what he wants by getting upset about it. Tell him that you, as a soldier, are quite happy that you have given him the ability to be an asshole. That will either make him feel guilty or at least make him shut up (because if he continues with that type of activity, he's only proving your point...and if he does, keep thanking him for doing so). And if he's not in a democratic nation with our types of freedoms, then he's likely just bitter about that.

But above all, as long as he says nothing that breaks the rules of the site, be glad that he does have that freedom.

I'm moving this back to General Discussion and locking it.
Some people do not approve of the wars and soldiers and why they are there, but to go out on a public forum limb to bash them is not ok. This will only further run the mill of trolling, flaming, etc.

If you would like to make a report of him flaming you and your beliefs, please make one accordingly in C&A. These actions have been noted, and the.killing.44, PWETTY PWETTY PWEASE - please stop spamming threads.
